【摘要】：來華留學(xué)生對漢語教師的評價受到諸多因素的影響,評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有明顯的國別特征。PiB漢語項目的美國學(xué)生對漢語教師的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比較集中地體現(xiàn)在四個方面:跨文化的意識和溝通能力;教師的個性魅力;豐富有效的課堂教學(xué)方法;職業(yè)精神和基本功。有針對性地研究某一國別的留學(xué)生對漢語教師的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這對我們從國別的角度、從學(xué)生的角度來思考對外漢語教師應(yīng)該具備哪些素質(zhì)會有幫助,對漢語教師的培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)工作也提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of Chinese teachers by foreign students in China is influenced by many factors, and the evaluation criteria have obvious national characteristics. It is embodied in four aspects: intercultural consciousness and communication ability, teachers' personality charm, rich and effective classroom teaching methods, professional spirit and basic skills. It is helpful for us to study the evaluation criteria of Chinese teachers by foreign students from a certain country, which is helpful for us to think about the qualities that teachers of Chinese as a foreign language should possess from the perspective of countries and students. It also provides reference for the training and training of Chinese teachers.
