漢越飲食俗語對比研究

【摘要】:俗語是勞動人民的創(chuàng)造,擁有悠久的歷史,包含著豐富的文化傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)涵。通過俗語,學(xué)者不僅可以了解一個國家、民族的語言表達(dá)方式,也能了解一個國家、民族的文化和習(xí)俗。漢語和越南語中的俗語也是這樣。本文以漢越語中的飲食俗語作為研究對象,綜合運(yùn)用普通語言學(xué)、對比語言學(xué)、文化語言學(xué)、翻譯學(xué)、語言教學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論,對其進(jìn)行多角度、多層面的考察分析和比較研究。全文分為八章:第一章為緒論部分。首先將“飲食俗語”定義為由含有飲食義的語素或詞來組成的,并與人們的飲食活動緊密相關(guān)的俗語,認(rèn)為此類俗語中必須含有飲食義的語素或者詞,且其整體意義也必須與人們的飲食活動緊密相關(guān)。然后依次介紹了漢越飲食俗語的研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、研究方法等。第二章考察漢越飲食俗語中的飲食詞語,將其分為食材類詞語、飲食成品類詞語、食物味道類詞語、飲食器具類詞語、烹飪方式類詞語、飲食動作類詞語等類別,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和對比分析。第三章討論漢越飲食俗語的語言形式,根據(jù)俗語的字?jǐn)?shù)形式進(jìn)行分類和統(tǒng)計,發(fā)現(xiàn)越南語飲食俗語中主要以六字和四字俗語為主,而漢語飲食俗語中主要以十字和八字俗語為主。第四章討論漢越飲食俗語的語音結(jié)構(gòu),側(cè)重于分析漢越飲食俗語在節(jié)奏、平仄和押韻等方面的異同。漢越飲食俗語在語音節(jié)奏和音節(jié)平仄兩方面基本上大同小異,語音特點(diǎn)的差別主要體現(xiàn)在押韻方面。第五章從語法結(jié)構(gòu)的角度,對漢越飲食俗語的單句形式和復(fù)句形式進(jìn)行了對比研究。對比分析結(jié)果顯示漢越飲食俗語單句形式的差別在于非主謂句的定中式結(jié)構(gòu),復(fù)句形式的差別主要在目的關(guān)系類俗語。另外,本章節(jié)也對漢越飲食俗語在句子中的語法功能進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為二者在這方面基本上相同,可單獨(dú)成句,也可充當(dāng)句子的主語、謂語、賓語、定語等成分。第六章對漢越飲食俗語的形義進(jìn)行比較,認(rèn)為除了兩國特有的飲食俗語以外,漢越飲食俗語之間還存在同形同義、異形同義和同形異義的俗語。第七章考察漢越飲食俗語所蘊(yùn)含的社會文化,具體分析了反映在漢越飲食俗語中的社會歷史風(fēng)貌、社會倫理道德和人們的哲學(xué)理念。第八章是越南語俗語翻譯及漢語俗語教學(xué)。在翻譯方面,探究越南語俗語譯成漢語的翻譯方法。首先,探討影響越南學(xué)生翻譯俗語的因素:歷史背景、地理環(huán)境、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和宗教信仰。然后,根據(jù)俗語翻譯的規(guī)則討論直譯法、意譯法、直譯與意譯結(jié)合的翻譯方法在越南語俗語翻譯中的應(yīng)用。俗語的教學(xué)方面,主要分析俗語在對外漢語教學(xué)中的意義,以及越南學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)漢語俗語的便利與困難,并建議結(jié)合俗語的語義采用適當(dāng)?shù)慕虒W(xué)方法。最后是結(jié)論部分,主要總結(jié)本文的對比研究結(jié)果。本研究希望達(dá)到以下兩個目標(biāo):第一,在理論方面,能夠?qū)h越飲食俗語的各自特點(diǎn)及二者之間的異同點(diǎn)進(jìn)行較系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)和揭示。第二,在實(shí)踐方面,能夠幫助越南漢語學(xué)習(xí)者更加了解漢語俗語和中國文化,并能夠準(zhǔn)確地翻譯和運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Folklore is the creation of working people with a long history and rich connotation of cultural traditions. Through the proverbs, scholars can not only understand the language expression of a country and a nation, but also understand the culture and customs of a country and a nation. This paper is divided into eight chapters: Chapter One is the introduction. First, the dietary idioms are defined as morphemes or words with dietary meaning. Then it introduces the current research situation of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary idioms and the theoretical basis and research methods of this paper. Chapter three discusses the linguistic forms of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary colloquialisms, including food materials, food products, food tastes, food utensils, cooking methods, and food actions. The fourth chapter discusses the phonetic structure of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary idioms, focusing on analyzing the similarities and differences of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary idioms in rhythm, plain and rhyme. In the fifth chapter, from the perspective of grammatical structure, the author makes a comparative study of the single and complex sentence forms of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary idioms. The results of the comparative analysis show that the differences between the single sentence forms of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary idioms lie in the following aspects:1. In addition, this chapter also analyzes the grammatical functions of the Chinese and Vietnamese dietary idioms in the sentence, and holds that they are basically the same in this respect, and can be used as either a sentence alone or as the subject, predicate, object, attributive and other elements of the sentence. Chapter 7 examines the social and cultural implications of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary sayings, and concretely analyzes the social and historical features and social ethics reflected in the dietary sayings of the two countries. Chapter Eight deals with the translation of Vietnamese proverbs and the teaching of Chinese proverbs. In the aspect of translation, it explores the methods of translating Vietnamese proverbs into Chinese. Firstly, it explores the factors that affect the translation of Vietnamese proverbs: historical background, geographical environment, customs and religious beliefs. On the application of literal translation, free translation and the combination of literal translation and free translation in the translation of Vietnamese proverbs. In the teaching of Vietnamese proverbs, this paper mainly analyzes the significance of the proverbs in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the convenience and difficulty of Vietnamese students in learning Chinese proverbs, and suggests that appropriate teaching methods should be adopted in combination with the semantics of the proverbs. This study hopes to achieve the following two goals: first, in theory, it can systematically summarize and reveal the characteristics of Chinese and Vietnamese dietary idioms and the similarities and differences between them. second, in practice, it can help Vietnamese Chinese learners to understand Chinese idioms and more. Chinese culture can be accurately translated and applied.
