對(duì)外漢語教師海外工作中面臨的文化差異及文化適應(yīng)

【摘要】:當(dāng)今,世界上已經(jīng)形成學(xué)習(xí)漢語的熱潮。越來越多的漢語教師到世界各地從事漢語教學(xué)工作,漢語教師必須在多元化的文化中進(jìn)行漢語教學(xué)。泰國(guó)是近年來出現(xiàn)漢語學(xué)習(xí)熱潮的國(guó)家之一,由于泰國(guó)政府特別是詩(shī)琳通公主對(duì)漢語的大力支持,使泰國(guó)的漢語教育事業(yè)有了高速的發(fā)展。在這種情況下,越來越多的漢語教師將到泰國(guó)從事漢語教學(xué)工作。在國(guó)外任教的漢語教師面對(duì)的是不同于本國(guó)的異國(guó)文化,這就使得漢語教師在國(guó)外的生活中面臨著文化差異的問題。這些文化差異是影響跨文化交際的重要因素。如何幫助漢語教師在跨文化交際中認(rèn)識(shí)到文化的差異性,以及在國(guó)外的生活和工作中漢語教師如何利用文化差異進(jìn)行自身的調(diào)整等問題成為漢語教師在國(guó)外能夠順利傳播中國(guó)文化的關(guān)鍵。 本文主要根據(jù)筆者在泰國(guó)的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析中泰兩國(guó)在語言、生活方式和宗教信仰等多方面存在著差異性。這些文化差異給漢語教師在生活上、工作上和教學(xué)中產(chǎn)生了一定的文化沖擊,并在某種程度上影響著對(duì)外漢語教師的跨文化交際。本文根據(jù)文化差異的具體現(xiàn)象對(duì)中泰國(guó)的文化進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,試圖進(jìn)一步從理論上探究?jī)蓢?guó)的文化差異,進(jìn)而很據(jù)這些文化差異探討漢語教師如何克服文化差異順利實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同文化的適應(yīng)。 隨著中泰兩國(guó)文化交流的日益增進(jìn),泰國(guó)漢語教學(xué)也會(huì)越來越完善。漢語教師在對(duì)外漢語教學(xué)中是重要的主導(dǎo)作用。在某種程度上,漢語教師能否對(duì)不同文化的適應(yīng)對(duì)教師是否能較好的完成漢語教學(xué)起著關(guān)鍵性的作用。因此,本文試圖根據(jù)分析文化的差異來幫助漢語教師提高跨文化交際意識(shí),并通過對(duì)漢語教師有意識(shí)的進(jìn)行跨文化訓(xùn)練來幫助漢語教師增強(qiáng)對(duì)不同文化的適應(yīng)能力,避免或減少跨文化交際中的失誤,從而幫助漢語教師更好的完成教學(xué)任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, there is an upsurge in learning Chinese in the world. More and more Chinese teachers are working in Chinese teaching all over the world. Chinese teachers must teach Chinese in a diverse culture. Thailand is one of the countries that has seen a boom in learning Chinese in recent years, due to the strong support of the Thai government, especially Princess Sirindhorn, for the Chinese language. As a result of the rapid development of Chinese language education in Thailand, more and more Chinese teachers will come to Thailand to work in Chinese teaching. This makes Chinese teachers face the problem of cultural differences in their lives abroad. These cultural differences are important factors affecting cross-cultural communication. How to help Chinese teachers realize cultural differences in cross-cultural communication? And how Chinese teachers make use of cultural differences to adjust themselves in their life and work abroad has become the key to the smooth spread of Chinese culture abroad. Based on the author's teaching experience in Thailand, this paper analyzes the differences in language, lifestyle and religious beliefs between China and Thailand. At work and in teaching, there has been a certain cultural shock, and to some extent has affected the intercultural communication of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the Chinese and Thai cultures according to the specific phenomena of cultural differences. This paper attempts to further explore the cultural differences between the two countries theoretically, and then, according to these cultural differences, discusses how Chinese teachers can overcome the cultural differences and successfully realize their adaptation to different cultures. With the increasing cultural exchanges between China and Thailand, the teaching of Chinese in Thailand will become more and more perfect. Chinese teachers play an important and leading role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. To some extent, Whether Chinese teachers can adapt to different cultures plays a key role in teachers' ability to complete Chinese teaching. Therefore, based on the analysis of cultural differences, this paper tries to help Chinese teachers improve their awareness of intercultural communication. And through the conscious cross-cultural training to help Chinese teachers to enhance their ability to adapt to different cultures, to avoid or reduce the mistakes in cross-cultural communication, so as to help Chinese teachers to complete their teaching tasks better.
