【摘要】：近年來，，由于中國改革開放政策地不斷深入及中國在世界影響力地不斷擴(kuò)大從而引起了全球范圍內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)漢語的浪潮。至此，中國對外漢語教學(xué)事業(yè)走出國門，開始了向世界推廣漢語的進(jìn)程。在推廣的過程中呈現(xiàn)出一些新特點(diǎn)的同時也不可避免地出現(xiàn)了一些亟需我們?nèi)ソ鉀Q、去更正的問題。本文就當(dāng)前對外漢語教學(xué)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、所呈現(xiàn)出的新特點(diǎn)及遇到的問題進(jìn)行了論述并對可行的解決策略進(jìn)行了初步的探索與研究。進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來，對外漢語教學(xué)教學(xué)事業(yè)堅持“引進(jìn)來”和“走出去”兩條路線并舉。在漢語推廣進(jìn)程中，遇到了“語言教學(xué)”與“文化教學(xué)”孰輕孰重的問題；文化教學(xué)過程中意識形態(tài)擴(kuò)大化的問題；對外漢語教材教法的問題等等。針對這些問題，我們要擺正語言教學(xué)與文化教學(xué)的位置：語言教學(xué)為主，文化教學(xué)為輔。我們要鉆研出適合外國學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的漢語教材和教學(xué)法。我們更要通過實(shí)踐教學(xué)來提高留學(xué)生漢語口語水平和交際能力。只有這些問題得以妥善解決，漢語推廣事業(yè)才能取得長足地進(jìn)展。本文針對這些觀點(diǎn)將在文中一一進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the deepening of China's policy of reform and opening up and the continuous expansion of China's influence in the world, there has been a wave of learning Chinese on a global scale. At this point, China's teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has gone abroad. The process of popularizing Chinese to the world has begun. In the process of popularizing Chinese, there are some new features and some problems that need us to be solved and corrected. This paper discusses the current situation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The new features and problems are discussed, and the feasible solutions are explored and studied. Since 21th century, The cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL) adheres to the two routes of "bringing in" and "going out". In the process of Chinese popularization, it meets the question of which is the priority of "language teaching" and "cultural teaching"; In the process of cultural teaching, the problems of ideology expansion, the teaching method of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and so on. In view of these problems, we should straighten out the position of language teaching and culture teaching: language teaching is the most important. Cultural teaching should be supplemented. We should study Chinese teaching materials and teaching methods suitable for foreign students. We should also improve the spoken Chinese and communicative competence of foreign students through practical teaching. Only these problems can be solved properly. In order to make great progress in Chinese promotion, this paper will discuss these points in this paper.
