移動(dòng)端漢語教學(xué)話題需求調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展以及智能手機(jī)的普及,移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。立足于對(duì)外漢語移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域,本文在移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)理論、教學(xué)話題理論和語言學(xué)習(xí)需求分析理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、問卷調(diào)查、兩次調(diào)查研究的比較和個(gè)案研究,以對(duì)外漢語教學(xué)中的重要組織形式——話題為研究核心來展開漢語移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)需求調(diào)查研究。本研究的調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放和回收都通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)方式完成,調(diào)查結(jié)果從性別、年齡、國籍、漢語學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間和漢語水平5個(gè)維度進(jìn)行分析。除了 107名漢語學(xué)習(xí)者的話題需求外,本研究也同時(shí)調(diào)查分析了調(diào)查對(duì)象的漢語學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)需求、學(xué)習(xí)需求和漢語移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)需求。筆者曾于2016年5月對(duì)基于智能終端的漢語移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)需求進(jìn)行過調(diào)查研究。本次筆者之所以第二次進(jìn)行移動(dòng)端漢語需求調(diào)查分析,是因?yàn)楸敬握{(diào)查研究與上一次調(diào)查研究相比:1.調(diào)查的理論依據(jù)和內(nèi)容安排不同。2.話題需求調(diào)查部分的話題分類不同。3.研究方法不同。4.調(diào)查對(duì)象數(shù)量不同。由107名調(diào)查對(duì)象的填寫結(jié)果來看,在漢語學(xué)習(xí)者的話題需求方面,(1)漢語學(xué)習(xí)者對(duì)按話題安排的課程的歡迎程度高于按情景安排的課程和按課本教材安排的課程(33.6%30.8%26.2%);(2)漢語學(xué)習(xí)者最感興趣的六個(gè)話題為"日常生活(65.4%)文化娛樂(55.1%)社會(huì)交往(51.4%)語言與文化(50.5%)教育(43%)旅游與交通(42.1%)";(3)女性調(diào)查對(duì)象比男性調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"情感與態(tài)度"、"社會(huì)交往"、"家庭生活"等話題更感興趣,男性調(diào)查對(duì)象比女性調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"個(gè)人信息"、"文學(xué)與藝術(shù)"、"政治、歷史與地理"等話題更感興趣;(4)12—14歲的調(diào)查對(duì)象比18—30歲的調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"文學(xué)與藝術(shù)"、"科學(xué)與技術(shù)"、"植物與動(dòng)物"話題更感興趣,18—30歲的調(diào)查對(duì)象比12—14歲的調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)話題分類中的其它話題更感興趣;(5)美國調(diào)查對(duì)象比亞洲國家和歐洲國家的調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"節(jié)日活動(dòng)"、"文學(xué)與藝術(shù)"、"政治、歷史與地理"等話題更感興趣,歐洲國家的調(diào)查對(duì)象比美國和亞洲國家的調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"個(gè)人信息"、"情感與態(tài)度"、"社會(huì)交往"等話題更感興趣;(6)學(xué)習(xí)漢語兩年及更短時(shí)間的調(diào)查對(duì)象比學(xué)習(xí)漢語兩年以上的調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"個(gè)人信息"、"日常生活"、"學(xué)校生活"話題更感興趣,學(xué)習(xí)漢語兩年以上的調(diào)查對(duì)象比學(xué)習(xí)漢語兩年及更短時(shí)間的調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"旅游與交通"更感興趣;(7)漢語準(zhǔn)中級(jí)水平或HSK3級(jí)及漢語水平更低的調(diào)查對(duì)象比漢語水平更高或HSK4級(jí)、5級(jí)、6級(jí)的調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)"社會(huì)交往"、"文學(xué)與藝術(shù)"、"科學(xué)與技術(shù)"、"教育"話題更感興趣;(8)通過對(duì)比筆者兩次調(diào)查研究中的話題需求部分的調(diào)查結(jié)果,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),除了 "旅游與交通"和"熱門話題"以外,兩次調(diào)查研究中調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)相似話題的感興趣度相差不大。此外,筆者以漢語學(xué)習(xí)者調(diào)查對(duì)象使用頻率較高并提供按話題分類的課程的漢語移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用Chinese Skill為例,分析目前市場上已有的漢語移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用的話題分類是否符合漢語學(xué)習(xí)者的需求。通過對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)Chinese Skill漢語課程的話題分類基本符合漢語學(xué)習(xí)者的需求。但Chinese Skill的話題分類仍有待增加,概括更多方面的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society, the rapid development of network technology and the popularity of smart mobile phone, mobile learning came into being. Based on the foreign language field of mobile learning, the learning theory in the teaching of mobile, topic theory and language learning needs analysis theory, through literature research, questionnaire survey, comparative study and case two investigation as an important organization form, teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the topic as the research core to research the needs of mobile learning Chinese.
