一所城市初中的英語課外閱讀實效性研究

閱讀是人們學習語言,獲取知識和信息,促進思維發(fā)展的主要方式。國際閱讀素養(yǎng)進展研究指出,10至13歲的青少年通過大量閱讀多樣性的材料獲取知識,13歲以上的青少年可以根據(jù)不同的目的來閱讀不同類型的材料。青少年的身心發(fā)展特點決定了閱讀活動在初中時期是至關重要的。目前,英語課外閱讀在中學受到越來越多的關注。本研究通過實驗性的英語課外閱讀課來指導學生閱讀牛津書蟲系列和21世紀英文報,并探究這種模式對學生閱讀態(tài)度,閱讀策略,閱讀習慣和閱讀測試表現(xiàn)的影響。本研究采用了問卷調(diào)查、訪談、閱讀測試、收集作業(yè)等多種方法從不同角度對樣本進行調(diào)查。云南師范大學實驗中學八年級四班的51名學生完成了本次閱讀情況問卷和閱讀情況補充問卷。研究者對大學專家教師,該班的英語老師和不同英語水平的9名學生進行了訪談,收集了實驗前后的英語月考閱讀成績,并對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進行整理分析。研究結(jié)果表明,實驗前,學生對英語課外閱讀總體持積極態(tài)度,但他們并沒有制定規(guī)律的閱讀計劃,在閱讀策略的使用方面也還存在一定的問題。通過英語課外閱讀課程,他們在閱讀策略,閱讀習慣和閱讀能力,如:詞匯量,閱讀速度,閱讀理解能力等方面有所提高。但是在實驗前后他...
