基于教師學習共同體的高中英語“同課異構(gòu)”模式的行動研究

“同課異構(gòu)”(簡稱為DIDSS)是以同一教學內(nèi)容為媒介,由一位或多位老師根據(jù)學生實際、現(xiàn)有的教條件和教師自身的特點進行的不同個性化教學設(shè)計。然而目前高中英語“同課異構(gòu)”教研活動流于形式化。2017年習總書記提出構(gòu)建“人類命運共同體”,在新的時代背景下,教師學習共同體(簡稱為TLC)作為一種通過激發(fā)教師內(nèi)在動機來促進教師專業(yè)化的學習組織團體或?qū)W習環(huán)境理應(yīng)被大力提倡。為了使高中英語“同課異構(gòu)”活動能更好的促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,作者試圖結(jié)合教師學習共同體相關(guān)理論和行動研究的方式來完善這種教研活動。本文主要圍繞以下幾個問題進行研究:1)目前高中英語“同課異構(gòu)”的教研活動存在哪些問題?2)如何開展基于教師學習共同體理論的英語“同課異構(gòu)”活動以及給出建議?3)行動研究證明新的“同課異構(gòu)”模式對英語教師專業(yè)化有什么影響?本研究用問卷和訪談的方式對高中英語“同課異構(gòu)”教研活動現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)這種教研模式中存在以下問題。1)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展動機薄弱。2)教師間的合作意識不足。3)活動缺少量化的標準和理論基礎(chǔ)。針對以上問題,筆者通過兩輪行動研究,對基于教師學習共同體的“同課異構(gòu)”活動提出了一些建議。在第一...
