實習教師初中英語課堂預設(shè)與生成

新課程改革更加關(guān)注學生的發(fā)展,強調(diào)教師的成長,注重以學定教。但是“預設(shè)”與“生成”作為課堂教學的一對基本矛盾,在新課改施行很多年的情況下,一些教師不能處理好二者的關(guān)系,尤其是教學經(jīng)驗缺乏的實習教師。本文旨在通過調(diào)查初中英語實習教師課堂預設(shè)與生成現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合具體教學案例分析影響生成的因素,希望對實習教師在預設(shè)與生成方面提供有用的建議。本研究采取量化研究和質(zhì)性研究相結(jié)合的方法,一方面,研究者以二十五位在武漢市的四所初中及十五位在廣州市的兩所初中實習的實習教師為研究對象,以問卷形式調(diào)查了實習教師初中英語課堂預設(shè)與生成的現(xiàn)狀。另一方面,研究者選取部分實習教師對其進行課堂觀察或教學錄像觀察,并在課后對其一一進行訪談,挖掘造成實習教師課堂生成不理想的原因。研究結(jié)果表明:首先,實習教師對于固定預設(shè)比較充分,而對情境性預設(shè)則略顯不足。具體來說,實習教師對于教師課堂要提的問題,知識性目標等固定預設(shè)預設(shè)較多;但對于給學生的反饋語,學生可能有的反應等情境性預設(shè)則略為不足。其次,教學情境的生成揭示了實習教師教學情境預設(shè)的不足,簡化和僵化,這也是實習教師預設(shè)中的生成不理想的主要原因。此外,在應對學生出乎意料的反應...
