能想會干的完美主義者:省級教育官員眼中的“名校長”

【摘要】:通過對負(fù)責(zé)遴選教育部首期中小學(xué)名校長領(lǐng)航工程"名校長"的10位省級教育官員的訪談,運(yùn)用成員分類分析法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),入選的"名校長"具備多校成功辦學(xué)者、學(xué)校價值引領(lǐng)者、成就動機(jī)強(qiáng)烈者、目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)執(zhí)行者、教育情懷深切者、教育科研倡導(dǎo)者、教師發(fā)展助力者、數(shù)據(jù)分析者等八種角色的相關(guān)特質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Through interviews with 10 provincial education officials responsible for the selection of the first stage of the Ministry of Education's pilot project for primary and secondary school principals, using the member classification analysis method, the data analysis shows that the selected "famous principals" have successfully run scholars in a number of schools. The characteristics of eight roles, such as school value leader, achievement motivation strong, goal realization executive, education deep concern, education research advocate, teacher development aid, data analyst and so on, are related characteristics of the school value leader, achievement motivation, goal fulfillment, education sentiment, education research advocate, teacher development aid, data analyst and so on.
