【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)英語教學(xué)以教師為中心,滿堂灌,教學(xué)方法單一,忽視學(xué)生的情緒情感,學(xué)生機(jī)械、被動地接受學(xué)習(xí)。教師苦教,學(xué)生苦讀。為了適應(yīng)英語課改的要求,發(fā)展學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力和積極的情感態(tài)度,本研究以賞識教育理論為基礎(chǔ),以筆者任教的高一兩個平行班作為被試,在實(shí)驗(yàn)班的英語教學(xué)中進(jìn)行為期一年的賞識教育實(shí)驗(yàn),對照班仍然使用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué),旨在研究三個問題：1.高中生是否需要賞識教育；2.高中英語教學(xué)中如何運(yùn)用賞識教育的方法；3.高中英語教學(xué)中運(yùn)用賞識教育是否有效。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：在實(shí)驗(yàn)班英語教學(xué)中充分運(yùn)用以人為本的賞識教育教學(xué)策略,承認(rèn)學(xué)生的個體差異,因材施教,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)、欣賞學(xué)生的閃光點(diǎn),采用合作學(xué)習(xí),讓學(xué)生參與、體驗(yàn)靈活多樣的英語活動并獲得成就感,學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)出了極大的興趣,樹立了學(xué)習(xí)自信心。而對照班運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)英語教學(xué)法,在某種程度上傷害了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性和主動性。實(shí)驗(yàn)后測的結(jié)果表明了在高中英語教學(xué)中運(yùn)用賞識教育教法,學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)自信心、學(xué)習(xí)成績這三個方面效果明顯優(yōu)越于傳統(tǒng)英語教學(xué)法。這說明了高中生需要賞識教育；實(shí)驗(yàn)中實(shí)施的英語賞識教育教法是可行的；高中英語教學(xué)中運(yùn)用賞識教育是有效的。
[Abstract]:Traditional English teaching is teacher-centered, full of teaching methods, neglecting students' emotions and emotions, students' machinery and passive acceptance of learning. Teachers study hard, students study hard. In order to adapt to the requirements of English curriculum reform and develop students' comprehensive language application ability and positive emotional attitude, this study is based on the theory of appreciative education and takes one or two high parallel classes taught by the author as subjects. A one-year appreciative education experiment has been conducted in the English teaching of the experimental class, while the control class still uses traditional teaching in order to study three questions: 1. Whether high school students need appreciative education; 2. How to use the method of appreciation education in English teaching in senior high school; 3. Whether the use of appreciation education in English teaching in senior high school is effective. It is found that in the English teaching of the experimental class, we should make full use of the teaching strategy of appreciation and education, recognize the individual differences of the students, teach them according to their aptitude, find out in time, appreciate the students' shining points, adopt cooperative learning, and let the students take part in it. Students show great interest in English learning and build up their self-confidence in learning English by experiencing flexible and diverse English activities and achieving a sense of accomplishment. The use of traditional English teaching method in the control class, to some extent, hurt the students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning English. The results of the post-experiment test show that the application of appreciative teaching method in senior high school English teaching, the students' interest in English learning, their self-confidence in learning, and their academic achievements are obviously superior to those of the traditional English teaching method. This shows that senior high school students need appreciation education; the teaching method of English appreciation education implemented in the experiment is feasible; the application of appreciation education in high school English teaching is effective.
