美國(guó)校外STEM教育成效評(píng)價(jià):視角、框架與指標(biāo)

【摘要】:隨著美國(guó)校外STEM教育的蓬勃發(fā)展,開展有效的評(píng)價(jià)成為研究者和實(shí)踐者的一致訴求。本文通過對(duì)權(quán)威報(bào)告及研究成果的分析,勾勒出美國(guó)校外STEM教育成效評(píng)價(jià)的系統(tǒng)脈絡(luò):以"學(xué)習(xí)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)觀"作為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)視角,強(qiáng)調(diào)評(píng)價(jià)的系統(tǒng)性和可持續(xù)性;從"個(gè)體-項(xiàng)目-區(qū)域/共同體"三個(gè)層面出發(fā)搭建參考框架,滿足不同層面工作者的評(píng)價(jià)需求;制定項(xiàng)目層面和個(gè)體層面的具體指征,使評(píng)價(jià)更具操作性;最后,分析比較了中美兩國(guó)校外STEM教育的實(shí)踐土壤,針對(duì)我國(guó)在評(píng)價(jià)工作中存在的問題提出若干建議。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of STEM education in the United States, effective evaluation has become a common demand of researchers and practitioners. Based on the analysis of authoritative reports and research results, this paper outlines the systematic context of the evaluation of STEM educational effectiveness in the United States: from the perspective of "learning ecosystem", it emphasizes the systematization and sustainability of evaluation; Starting from the three levels of "individual-project-regional / community", this paper builds a reference framework to meet the needs of the workers at different levels, and formulates the specific indications at the project level and individual level to make the evaluation more operable. Finally, this paper analyzes and compares the practical soil of STEM education in China and the United States, and puts forward some suggestions for the problems in the evaluation work in China.
