【摘要】：游泳不僅是一項(xiàng)集健身、娛樂(lè)且又受到廣泛青少年喜愛(ài)的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,而且也是增強(qiáng)學(xué)生體質(zhì),提高水上自我求生能力的有效手段。因此,在中學(xué)大力開(kāi)展游泳教學(xué)不僅全面推進(jìn)了素質(zhì)教育,踐行了“健康第一”“終身體育”的指導(dǎo)思想,而且也有效提高了青少年的水上自我保護(hù)能力。本研究采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)廣州市部分中學(xué)游泳教學(xué)的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,找出教學(xué)中存在的主要問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提出對(duì)策與建議。經(jīng)調(diào)查研究,結(jié)果表明:1.不具備游泳場(chǎng)館是制約學(xué)校開(kāi)展游泳教學(xué)的重要因素;2.游泳教學(xué)中的安全因素是影響學(xué)校開(kāi)展游泳教學(xué)的主要原因;3.學(xué)校升學(xué)任務(wù)重,加之游泳教學(xué)難度較高且繁瑣,是影響學(xué)校開(kāi)展游泳教學(xué)的重要因素之一;4.整體教師隊(duì)伍的游泳執(zhí)教水平不高,缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)游泳教師;5.社會(huì)游泳培訓(xùn)是中學(xué)生掌握游泳的主要途徑,學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)的開(kāi)展促進(jìn)了中學(xué)生游泳技能的掌握和提高;6.中學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng),但由于游泳教學(xué)內(nèi)容枯燥,缺乏指導(dǎo)以及課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)重,降低了中學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。針對(duì)目前部分中學(xué)游泳教學(xué)存在的問(wèn)題,本研究提出以下5點(diǎn)建議:1.加強(qiáng)游泳基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),與社會(huì)游泳培訓(xùn)相合作;2.建立中學(xué)游泳保險(xiǎn)機(jī)制,推行學(xué)校游泳教學(xué)免責(zé)制;3.合理安排教學(xué)時(shí)間,保障中學(xué)生的游泳學(xué)習(xí)需要;4.提升體育教師隊(duì)伍的游泳執(zhí)教能力,引進(jìn)游泳專(zhuān)業(yè)人才;5.改變游泳教學(xué)組織形式,豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容,提高中學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。
[Abstract]:Swimming is not only a sport which is popular with teenagers, but also an effective means to strengthen students' physique and improve their ability to survive on water. Therefore, carrying out swimming teaching in middle school has not only promoted quality education in an all-round way, carried out the guiding ideology of "health first" and "lifelong physical education", but also effectively improved the ability of young people to protect themselves on water. This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics to investigate and study the present situation of swimming teaching in some middle schools in Guangzhou, find out the main problems in teaching, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that: 1. The lack of swimming stadiums is an important factor restricting the school to carry out swimming teaching. 2. The safety factor in swimming teaching is the main reason that affects the school to carry out swimming teaching. The task of advancing to school is heavy, and swimming teaching is very difficult and tedious, which is one of the important factors that affect the teaching of swimming. 4. The whole teaching team of swimming is not high, lack of professional swimming teachers; 5. Social swimming training is the main way for middle school students to master swimming. Middle school students have strong motivation to learn swimming, but because of the boring content of swimming teaching, the lack of guidance and the heavy burden of school work, the enthusiasm of swimming learning of middle school students is reduced. In view of the problems existing in the teaching of swimming in some middle schools at present, this study puts forward the following five suggestions: 1. Strengthen the construction of swimming infrastructure, and social swimming training cooperation; 2. Set up the swimming insurance mechanism of secondary school, carry out the exemption system of swimming teaching in school; 3. Reasonable arrangement of teaching time to ensure the swimming learning needs of middle school students; 4. Improve the swimming teaching ability of PE teachers, introduce swimming professionals; 5. Change the form of swimming teaching organization, enrich the teaching content, and improve the enthusiasm of middle school students swimming learning.
