【摘要】：正如果我們不賦予下屬履行責(zé)任相應(yīng)的權(quán)力,"責(zé)任狀"大都是空頭支票。當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大都喜歡跟下屬簽"責(zé)任狀",我們有點過于迷信那張紙的力量。其實,現(xiàn)實的情況常常是,如果我們不給下屬們履行責(zé)任相應(yīng)的權(quán)力,"責(zé)任狀"大都是空頭支票。比較管用的做法是,先分給下屬們權(quán)力,然后把應(yīng)該履行的責(zé)任帶過去。經(jīng)典的管理學(xué)家一定不會同意這種有點荒謬的邏輯,因為科學(xué)的授權(quán)有著明確的步驟。
[Abstract]:If we do not give subordinates the corresponding authority to discharge their responsibilities, the "letter of responsibility" is mostly a blank check. When most leaders like to sign letters of responsibility with their subordinates, we are a little too superstitious about the power of that piece of paper. In fact, the reality is that if we do not give our subordinates the right to perform their duties, the "letter of responsibility" is mostly a blank check. It would be better to delegate power to subordinates and then take responsibility for it. Classic management scientists must not agree with this somewhat absurd logic, because scientific delegation has a clear step.
