【摘要】：如何將素質(zhì)教育真正深入到本區(qū)每一所學(xué)校最日常的教育實(shí)踐中,從根本上改變教師頭腦中根深蒂固的教育觀念和習(xí)以為常的教學(xué)行為?上海市閔行區(qū)教育行政部門主動(dòng)作為,深度推進(jìn)"新基礎(chǔ)教育",集聚高校專家、本土教研人員和基層學(xué)校教改力量,以整體策劃和階段推進(jìn)相結(jié)合的策略、日常研討與節(jié)點(diǎn)推進(jìn)相轉(zhuǎn)化的策略、行政組織與非行政組織相促進(jìn)的策略,深度介入到學(xué)校教學(xué)改革之中,更新課堂教學(xué)形態(tài),建設(shè)新型教師隊(duì)伍,完善教改創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,促使廣大教師實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)踐的雙向轉(zhuǎn)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)累進(jìn)發(fā)展式的教育觀念和教學(xué)行為的真實(shí)改變。
[Abstract]:How can quality education really go deep into the daily education practice of every school in this district, and change the deep-rooted educational concept and the habitual teaching behavior in the teacher's mind fundamentally? The administrative department of education in Minhang District of Shanghai has taken the initiative to promote "new basic education" in depth, gathering experts from colleges and universities, local teaching and research staff and the strength of teaching reform at the grass-roots level to combine the overall planning with the promotion of the stage. The strategy of transformation between daily discussion and node promotion, the strategy promoted by administrative organization and non-administrative organization, the deep involvement in the school teaching reform, the renewal of classroom teaching form, the construction of a new type of teachers, and the improvement of innovation mechanism of teaching reform. It urges teachers to realize the two-way transformation of theory and practice, and to realize the real change of educational concept and teaching behavior of progressive development.
