農(nóng)村初中美育教育的現(xiàn)狀與對策

【摘要】:在我國農(nóng)村初中,短時間內(nèi)很難改變目前這種應(yīng)試教育的落后方式。但是,難以改變不等于沒法改變。沒有美育的教育總是一種不完全的教育,難以實現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人的目標。從其本質(zhì)來說,美育作為一種自我完善的方式,會使人的精神生活朝著更加美好、健康的方向發(fā)展,會給予精神世界支離破碎的現(xiàn)代人以更多完滿和生機,對于思想觀念相對落后的農(nóng)村初中來講更是如此,這是時代發(fā)展對美育的歷史呼喚所在。本文筆者通過多處走訪,運用實證分析的方法,在山東省內(nèi)發(fā)出關(guān)于農(nóng)村初中美育教育現(xiàn)狀與對策的訪談表(教師)1000份,回收有效問卷682份,并針對相關(guān)問題進行了具體的整理分析。本次訪談涉及聊城、濱州、淄博、濰坊、泰安、臨沂、菏澤、德州、東營、棗莊等10個市的30所初中。訪談?wù){(diào)查表從美育在農(nóng)村中學教育中的重要地位和作用分析入手,通過對農(nóng)村初中美育教育存在的問題及原因進行闡述并提出相關(guān)對策,以期引起國家、省市縣教育管理部門的重視,充分調(diào)動教師、學生的積極性,達到理想的美育效果。本文需要特別強調(diào)的是,美育如果和我們廣大農(nóng)村豐富多彩的傳統(tǒng)文化相脫離就會變成沒有根的東西,因此筆者提出為了切實推動農(nóng)村初中美育的構(gòu)建和推動,許多實際工作應(yīng)該建立在對中國農(nóng)村那種樸素的傳統(tǒng)文化批判吸收、弘揚與創(chuàng)造性的基礎(chǔ)之上,這也是本文的最終落腳點。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to change the backward way of examination-oriented education in the rural junior middle school in a short time. However, difficult to change does not mean can not change. Education without aesthetic education is always a kind of incomplete education, and it is difficult to achieve the goal of cultivating people with all-round development. In its essence, aesthetic education, as a way of self-improvement, will make people's spiritual life develop in a more beautiful and healthy direction, and will give more perfection and vitality to the fragmented modern people in the spiritual world. This is especially true for the backward rural junior middle school, which is the historical call of the development of the times to aesthetic education. In this paper, through many visits, using the method of empirical analysis, the author sent out 1000 interview forms (teachers) about the current situation and countermeasures of aesthetic education in rural junior high schools in Shandong province, and collected 682 valid questionnaires. And the related problems are analyzed in detail. The interview involved Liaocheng, Binzhou, Zibo, Weifang, Tai'an, Linyi, Heze, Texas, Dongying, Zaozhuang and other 10 cities of 30 junior high schools. From the analysis of the important position and function of aesthetic education in rural middle school education, the author expounds the problems and causes of aesthetic education in rural junior middle school and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to cause the country. The provincial, provincial and county education management departments pay more attention to fully arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students, and achieve the ideal aesthetic education effect. What this article needs to emphasize is that aesthetic education will become rootless if it is separated from the rich and colorful traditional culture in our rural areas. Therefore, the author suggests that in order to promote the construction and promotion of aesthetic education in rural junior high schools, A lot of practical work should be based on the critique absorption, promotion and creativity of the simple traditional culture of Chinese rural areas, which is the final foothold of this paper.
