黔東南州農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生食品安全認(rèn)知行為現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:目的了解農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生食品安全認(rèn)知行為現(xiàn)狀及教育途徑,為提高中小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣法,抽取黔東南州部分農(nóng)村中小學(xué)共2 283名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解食品安全認(rèn)知與行為現(xiàn)狀及教育途徑。結(jié)果 49.0%的農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生知道"QS"標(biāo)志,35.0%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為吃了沒(méi)有煮(炒)熟的四季豆不會(huì)中毒;44.2%的學(xué)生根據(jù)"QS"標(biāo)志購(gòu)買(mǎi)食品,51.8%的學(xué)生不在校園周邊無(wú)證攤販處購(gòu)買(mǎi)食物,49.1%的學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)過(guò)期食品會(huì)向商品經(jīng)營(yíng)者退還該食品;中學(xué)生在食品安全認(rèn)知方面的比例高于小學(xué)生,但消費(fèi)時(shí)的自我保護(hù)和生活衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣方面的比例低于小學(xué)生(P值均0.05)。76.1%的學(xué)校進(jìn)行食品安全教育的主要途徑是由教師告訴學(xué)生相關(guān)知識(shí);小學(xué)在教師告訴學(xué)生、知識(shí)競(jìng)答、廣播及課上師生的討論等食品安全教育途徑方面的比例均高于中學(xué)(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論黔東南州農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生的食品安全認(rèn)知與行為水平有待加強(qiáng),農(nóng)村中小學(xué)要重視并通過(guò)豐富多彩的活動(dòng)加強(qiáng)食品安全教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of food safety cognition and education among primary and middle school students in rural areas and to provide a reference for improving the comprehensive quality of primary and middle school students. Methods A total of 2 283 students in rural primary and secondary schools in Qiandongnan Prefecture were selected by stratified random sampling to investigate the current situation of food safety cognition, behavior and education. Results 49.0% of the primary and middle school students in rural areas knew the "QS" mark, and 35.0% of the students thought that it would not be poisoned by eating the uncooked (fried) soybean. 44.2% of the students bought food according to the "QS" sign, 51.8% of the students did not buy food from the unlicensed vendors around the campus, and 49.1% of the students found that the expired food would be returned to the commodity operator. The proportion of middle school students in food safety cognition is higher than that of primary school students. However, the proportion of self-protection and hygiene habits in consumption was lower than that in primary school (P = 0.05). The main way of food safety education in 76.1% of schools was to tell the students the relevant knowledge. The proportion of food safety education in primary school was higher than that in middle school (P < 0.05). Conclusion the cognition and behavior level of food safety of primary and middle school students in Qiandongnan need to be strengthened, and food safety education should be strengthened by various activities in rural primary and middle schools.
