山東省中學生物教師對新課改認同感的調查研究

【摘要】:教育是國家人才培養(yǎng),科學發(fā)展的根本,也是技術進步,社會發(fā)展的原動力。國家要躍居世界前列,趕超發(fā)達國家,就必須重視教育,把教育擺在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的位置。二十一世紀初,我國進行了第八次大規(guī)模的課程改革,在課程結構、課程內容、教育評價等方面都有較大變動,引起了人們的普遍關注。教師的工作是教育,課程改革最終需要教師來施行,他們是關系到課改實施成敗的關鍵因素,所以,關注教師的認同感,探究影響它的主要因素具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文以李子建、尹弘飚等人的研究為基礎,根據(jù)山東地區(qū)課改現(xiàn)狀,修改得到本次調查的問卷,問卷從態(tài)度、行為意向等七個維度對山東省濰坊、濟寧、萊蕪地市的初中生物教師進行了調研,并在此基礎上,對多所學校的教師進行個案訪談。通過此次研究,探究山東中學生物教師對這次課程改革的認同情況和主要的影響原因,并給出增強教師認同感的有關建議,為生物課程改革的順利進行提供支持。本研究結論如下:1.絕大多數(shù)教育工作者不僅認可本次課改方案,還愿意在教育教學的過程中積極主動地進行實施2.初中生物教師具有較高的敬業(yè)精神,對推行新課程有較高的熱情。3.新課程能夠促進學生學習能力和創(chuàng)新精神的發(fā)展。注重學生的自學能力與合作探究能力、創(chuàng)新精神及探究精神、注意發(fā)揮學生的主觀能動性是改革前后最明顯轉變之一。通過改革,學生的學習熱情、學習綜合能力都得到一定發(fā)展。4.教學年限和職稱是制約課改施行意向的關鍵因素?傮w來看,新課程的實施意向與教育工作者的教學年限成反比。職稱方面,職稱較低的教師有較大的熱情將新課程付諸實踐,而職稱較高的教師則相對保守。5.鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)教師對課改的認同程度優(yōu)于城市教師,說明鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)教師更加認同新課程的理念并有更大的熱情將其付諸實施。6.完善教師評價方式、強化校內支持、重視新課程社會宣傳等措施將有力地促進教師課程認同感。
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of national talent training, scientific development, and the motive force of technological progress and social development. The country must attach importance to education and give priority to its development if it wants to be in the forefront of the world and catch up with the developed countries. At the beginning of 21 century, our country carried out the eighth large-scale curriculum reform, which caused great changes in curriculum structure, curriculum content, educational evaluation and so on. Teachers' work is education, curriculum reform needs teachers to carry out, they are the key factors related to the success or failure of the implementation of curriculum reform. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to pay attention to teachers' identity and explore the main factors that affect it. Based on the research of Li Zijian, Yin Hongbiao and others, according to the current situation of curriculum reform in Shandong region, the questionnaire is revised to obtain the questionnaire, which is based on the seven dimensions of attitude, behavior intention and so on, to Weifang, Jining, Shandong Province. On the basis of the investigation of junior high school biology teachers in Laiwu City, a case study of teachers in many schools was carried out. Through this study, this paper probes into the identification of biology teachers in middle schools in Shandong and the main reasons for their influence on the curriculum reform, and gives some suggestions on how to strengthen the teachers' identity so as to provide support for the successful implementation of the curriculum reform of biology. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The vast majority of educators not only agree to the curriculum reform program, but also willing to actively carry out the teaching process of 2. 5%. Junior high school biology teachers have a high dedication to the implementation of the new curriculum has a higher enthusiasm. 3. The new curriculum can promote the development of students' learning ability and innovative spirit. One of the most obvious changes before and after the reform is to pay attention to the students' self-study ability and cooperative inquiry ability, the spirit of innovation and the spirit of inquiry, and pay attention to giving play to the students' subjective initiative before and after the reform. Through the reform, students' enthusiasm for learning and comprehensive learning ability have been developed to a certain extent. 4. Teaching years and professional titles are the key factors restricting the intention of curriculum reform. In general, the intention of implementing the new curriculum is inversely proportional to the teaching years of educators. In terms of professional title, teachers with lower titles have greater enthusiasm to put the new curriculum into practice, while teachers with higher titles are relatively conservative. Township teachers' recognition of curriculum reform is better than that of city teachers, indicating that township teachers are more approbable to the concept of new curriculum and have greater enthusiasm to put it into practice. Perfecting the way of teacher evaluation, strengthening the support in school and paying attention to the social propaganda of the new curriculum will promote the teachers' identity in the curriculum.
