晶華學(xué)校初中班主任班級(jí)管理的實(shí)踐與思考

【摘要】:新課程改革以來(lái),倡導(dǎo)“以學(xué)生為本”的學(xué)生觀,越來(lái)越重視學(xué)生素質(zhì)的全面提高。在學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中,初中階段是孩子的人生觀、價(jià)值觀逐漸形成的時(shí)期,是孩子發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,也是孩子發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期。而班主任是與學(xué)生接觸最廣泛,同時(shí)也是最了解學(xué)生的。因此初中班主任的管理工作對(duì)一個(gè)班級(jí)的發(fā)展、對(duì)每個(gè)孩子自身的發(fā)展有著非常重要的作用。本文首先從理論的層面對(duì)班主任和班級(jí)管理的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理分析,其次是通過(guò)對(duì)我校幾位班主任班級(jí)管理實(shí)踐以及自身從事班主任工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)出發(fā)進(jìn)行研究分析,記錄班級(jí)管理中的典型事件并進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)了班級(jí)管理中的問(wèn)題,最后從班主任、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三個(gè)方面提出了促進(jìn)班主任更好的管理班級(jí)的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the new curriculum reform, more and more attention has been paid to the improvement of students' quality. In the process of students' growth, the junior middle school stage is the period of children's outlook on life, the period of values gradually forming, the key period of children's development, and the turning point period of children's development. The class teacher is the most extensive contact with students, but also the best understanding of students. Therefore, the management of the head teacher in junior middle school plays an important role in the development of a class and the development of each child. In this paper, first of all, from the theoretical level to sort out and analyze the class teacher and class management literature, and secondly, through the practice of several class teachers in our school and their own experience in the work of class teachers to carry out research and analysis. This paper records the typical events in class management, analyzes, summarizes, finds out the problems in class management, and finally puts forward some suggestions to promote better class management from three aspects: class teacher, school and society.
