基礎(chǔ)教育協(xié)同治理的困境及其突破

【摘要】:協(xié)同治理是基礎(chǔ)教育公共治理的選擇。基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域推動治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化就要構(gòu)建政府、學校和社會的協(xié)同治理格局;A(chǔ)教育協(xié)同治理在實踐中面臨著組織困境、技術(shù)困境和文化困境。推動基礎(chǔ)教育公共治理向協(xié)同治理模式轉(zhuǎn)型,就要促進基礎(chǔ)教育協(xié)同治理的組織建設(shè)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和文化培育。
[Abstract]:Collaborative governance is the choice of basic education public governance. To promote the modernization of governance system and governance ability in the field of basic education, we should construct the cooperative governance pattern of government, school and society. The cooperative governance of basic education is faced with organizational dilemma, technical dilemma and cultural dilemma in practice. To promote the transformation of basic education public governance to cooperative governance, it is necessary to promote the organization construction, technological innovation and cultural cultivation of basic education collaborative governance.
