韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:在漢語國際教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中,漢語教師的培養(yǎng)與培訓(xùn)問題一直備受關(guān)注,高水平的漢語師資隊伍對于漢語教學(xué)的順利開展發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。韓國作為漢語教學(xué)重鎮(zhèn),漢語需求不斷增長,尤其在中學(xué)階段,已有2000多所中學(xué)開設(shè)了漢語課程,漢語已成為韓國中學(xué)生最喜愛的第二外語,這種“漢語熱”現(xiàn)狀也對韓國中學(xué)漢語教師的素養(yǎng)提出了新的要求。在新形勢下,提高韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)的針對性與科學(xué)性尤為重要。本文選取韓國釜山及周邊地區(qū)的中學(xué)漢語教師作為研究對象,運(yùn)用調(diào)查問卷和訪談等方式對其參與的漢語師資培訓(xùn)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,并對調(diào)研對象進(jìn)行漢語師資培訓(xùn)需求分析,通過分析以總結(jié)現(xiàn)行韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)與參訓(xùn)者需求之間的差異。最后,以山東大學(xué)的韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)項目為案例進(jìn)行分析,了解山東大學(xué)該項目運(yùn)行的基本情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)該項目發(fā)展的新趨向及動態(tài),在此基礎(chǔ)上探索適合于韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容與方式。本文共分五章:第一章為緒論,主要介紹了論文的研究背景、選題意義、研究任務(wù)與方法,并就相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述。文獻(xiàn)綜述主要采取圖表的形式進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,并從國際漢語師資培訓(xùn)總體研究、國際漢語師資培訓(xùn)國別化研究、韓國本土漢語師資培訓(xùn)研究三個層次對文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理。第二章是韓國漢語師資培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀分析,主要對韓國漢語教育現(xiàn)狀、韓國漢語師資現(xiàn)狀及韓國中學(xué)漢語教師的構(gòu)成及師資培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理。第三章是針對韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)的調(diào)查分析,主要對調(diào)研對象參與的漢語師資培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容及方式進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,同時進(jìn)行漢語師資培訓(xùn)需求分析,以發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)行培訓(xùn)與參訓(xùn)學(xué)員需求之間存在的差異。第四章主要選取山東大學(xué)的韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)項目為個案進(jìn)行分析,統(tǒng)計該項目在2010一2014年的開展情況,并從培訓(xùn)對象、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)形式等方面對該項目進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。第五章是對韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)的建議,主要結(jié)合前四章的內(nèi)容從培訓(xùn)組織、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)方式及培訓(xùn)評估幾個方面對韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)提出了相應(yīng)建議,希望能為韓國中學(xué)漢語師資培訓(xùn)的開展與完善提供一定的參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of Chinese international education, the training and training of Chinese teachers have been paid close attention to, and the high level of Chinese teachers plays an important role in the smooth development of Chinese language teaching. As a major Chinese language teaching center in South Korea, the demand for Chinese language is growing. Especially in the middle school stage, more than 2000 middle schools have offered Chinese courses, and Chinese has become the second most popular foreign language of Korean middle school students. This "Chinese fever" also puts forward new requirements for the quality of Korean middle school Chinese teachers. Under the new situation, it is very important to improve the pertinence and scientificity of Korean middle school Chinese teacher training. This paper selects the middle school Chinese teachers in Busan, South Korea and the surrounding areas as the research object, and makes an investigation on the Chinese teachers' training situation by means of questionnaire and interview, and analyzes the needs of the Chinese teachers' training. This paper summarizes the difference between the training of Chinese teachers and the needs of participants. Finally, taking the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training project of Shandong University as a case study, to understand the basic situation of the project, and find out the new trend and development of the project. On the basis of this, it explores the contents and methods of teacher training suitable for Korean middle school students. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, the research tasks and methods, and summarizes the relevant literature. The literature review mainly adopts the form of chart to carry on the statistical analysis, and carries on the collation from the international Chinese teacher training overall research, the international Chinese teacher training national research, the Korean native Chinese teacher training research three levels carries on the collation to the literature. The second chapter is the Korean Chinese teacher training status analysis, mainly on the Korean Chinese education status, Korean Chinese teachers and the composition of Korean middle school Chinese teachers and teacher training status. The third chapter is aimed at the investigation and analysis of the Chinese teachers' training in middle school in Korea. It mainly makes statistics on the contents and methods of the Chinese teachers' training, and analyzes the needs of the Chinese teachers' training. In order to find the difference between the current training and the needs of trainees. The fourth chapter mainly selects the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training project of Shandong University as a case analysis, statistics the development of the project from 2010 to 2014, and from the training object, training content, Training form and other aspects of the project are summarized and analyzed. The fifth chapter is to the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training suggestion, mainly unifies the first four chapters content from the training organization, the training content, the training method and the training appraisal several aspects has proposed the corresponding suggestion to the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training. Hope to provide some reference and reference for the development and improvement of Korean middle school Chinese teacher training.
