【摘要】：普通高中數(shù)學(xué)新課程自2004年開始實(shí)驗(yàn),到2015年至今已有10年時(shí)間。高中數(shù)學(xué)課程改革的變化,給高中數(shù)學(xué)教師帶來的巨大的壓力與挑戰(zhàn)。因此,高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的提高與發(fā)展,成為課程實(shí)施和課程改革的迫切需要。本文研究的主要目的是通過對(duì)教師課程實(shí)施能力的相關(guān)概念的了解,分析當(dāng)前高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的現(xiàn)狀以及出現(xiàn)的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的結(jié)構(gòu)框架,并提出提升高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的策略與途徑。本文采用問卷調(diào)查、訪談、課堂觀測(cè)以及個(gè)案研究等方法對(duì)高中教師課程實(shí)施能力進(jìn)行研究。通過對(duì)搜集的數(shù)據(jù)和資料進(jìn)行分析,了解當(dāng)前高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的現(xiàn)狀。為了更加深入了解當(dāng)前高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)3名高中數(shù)學(xué)教師的進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)已有研究對(duì)課程本身的實(shí)施情況關(guān)注較多,而對(duì)于教師這一課程實(shí)施的主體關(guān)注較少;(2)高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力,不同地區(qū)、不同教齡、不同職稱以及不同的學(xué)校類型,他們之間表現(xiàn)出了顯著的差異性;(3)學(xué)歷不同的高中教師在課程實(shí)施各個(gè)方面沒有明顯差異,原因在于學(xué)歷在高中教師隊(duì)伍的分配比例不夠均勻;(4)高中數(shù)學(xué)教師對(duì)課程的理解不夠全面和深入;(5)高中數(shù)學(xué)教師的課程設(shè)計(jì)方案比較單一;(6)高中數(shù)學(xué)教師信息搜集與應(yīng)用的能力偏低;(7)高中數(shù)學(xué)教師評(píng)價(jià)與反思的方式比較單一。本文通過分析當(dāng)前高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的現(xiàn)狀,提出提升高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力的策略與途徑主要包括:(1)深化教師對(duì)高中數(shù)學(xué)課程的理解;(2)鼓勵(lì)教師不斷優(yōu)化教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方案;(3)加強(qiáng)教師之間、教師與學(xué)生之間、教師與社會(huì)之間的溝通與合作;(4)進(jìn)行多元化地評(píng)價(jià)與反思。針對(duì)當(dāng)前高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議:(1)努力擴(kuò)大碩士學(xué)歷在高中教師隊(duì)伍中所占比例;(2)加強(qiáng)對(duì)新任教師的培養(yǎng)工作;(3)努力進(jìn)行教育資源的公平配置;(4)加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)教師進(jìn)行課題探究的意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The new mathematics curriculum in senior high school has been experimented since 2004, and it has been 10 years since 2015. The change of high school mathematics curriculum reform brings great pressure and challenge to senior high school mathematics teachers. Therefore, the improvement and development of senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability has become an urgent need for curriculum implementation and curriculum reform. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and problems of the curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers through the understanding of the related concepts of teachers' curriculum implementation ability. On this basis, the structure frame of curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers is constructed, and the strategies and approaches to improve the curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers are put forward. This paper uses questionnaire, interview, classroom observation and case study to study the curriculum implementation ability of senior high school teachers. By analyzing the collected data and data, we can understand the current situation of curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers. In order to better understand the current situation of curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers, a case study of three senior high school mathematics teachers was carried out. The results show that: (1) there has been more attention to the implementation of the curriculum itself, while less attention has been paid to the implementation of the teacher curriculum; (2) the senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability, different regions, different teaching years, different titles and different types of schools, they show significant differences; (3) there is no obvious difference between the teachers with different academic qualifications in the implementation of the curriculum, the reason is that the proportion of the academic qualifications in the senior high school teachers is not uniform, (4) the senior high school mathematics teachers' understanding of the curriculum is not comprehensive and thorough; (5) the curriculum design of mathematics teachers in senior high school is relatively single; (6) the ability of collecting and applying information is low; (7) the way of evaluation and reflection of mathematics teachers in senior high school is relatively simple. Based on the analysis of the current situation of senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability, this paper puts forward the strategies and approaches to improve the senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability: (1) deepening teachers' understanding of senior high school mathematics curriculum; (2) encouraging teachers to optimize their teaching design; (3) strengthening communication and cooperation among teachers, teachers and students, and teachers and society; (4) carrying out diversified evaluation and reflection. The following suggestions are put forward in view of the current curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers: (1) to expand the proportion of master's degree in senior high school teachers, (2) to strengthen the training of new teachers; (3) to make efforts to allocate educational resources fairly; (4) to strengthen teachers' awareness of subject inquiry.
