高中數(shù)學(xué)教師課程實(shí)施能力研究
[Abstract]:The new mathematics curriculum in senior high school has been experimented since 2004, and it has been 10 years since 2015. The change of high school mathematics curriculum reform brings great pressure and challenge to senior high school mathematics teachers. Therefore, the improvement and development of senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability has become an urgent need for curriculum implementation and curriculum reform. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and problems of the curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers through the understanding of the related concepts of teachers' curriculum implementation ability. On this basis, the structure frame of curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers is constructed, and the strategies and approaches to improve the curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers are put forward. This paper uses questionnaire, interview, classroom observation and case study to study the curriculum implementation ability of senior high school teachers. By analyzing the collected data and data, we can understand the current situation of curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers. In order to better understand the current situation of curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers, a case study of three senior high school mathematics teachers was carried out. The results show that: (1) there has been more attention to the implementation of the curriculum itself, while less attention has been paid to the implementation of the teacher curriculum; (2) the senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability, different regions, different teaching years, different titles and different types of schools, they show significant differences; (3) there is no obvious difference between the teachers with different academic qualifications in the implementation of the curriculum, the reason is that the proportion of the academic qualifications in the senior high school teachers is not uniform, (4) the senior high school mathematics teachers' understanding of the curriculum is not comprehensive and thorough; (5) the curriculum design of mathematics teachers in senior high school is relatively single; (6) the ability of collecting and applying information is low; (7) the way of evaluation and reflection of mathematics teachers in senior high school is relatively simple. Based on the analysis of the current situation of senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability, this paper puts forward the strategies and approaches to improve the senior high school mathematics teachers' curriculum implementation ability: (1) deepening teachers' understanding of senior high school mathematics curriculum; (2) encouraging teachers to optimize their teaching design; (3) strengthening communication and cooperation among teachers, teachers and students, and teachers and society; (4) carrying out diversified evaluation and reflection. The following suggestions are put forward in view of the current curriculum implementation ability of senior high school mathematics teachers: (1) to expand the proportion of master's degree in senior high school teachers, (2) to strengthen the training of new teachers; (3) to make efforts to allocate educational resources fairly; (4) to strengthen teachers' awareness of subject inquiry.
