初中化學新任教師專業(yè)知識調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:Since 2001, China began to implement the new curriculum reform of basic education, so many scholars have put into the theoretical and practical research on the new curriculum reform. In the process of research, scholars find that teachers' level of professional knowledge directly affects the quality of teachers' teaching to some extent, and also indirectly affects the quality of the new curriculum reform. Therefore, it is of great significance to study teachers' professional knowledge to improve teachers' specialization and promote the process of new curriculum reform. In this paper, teachers' professional knowledge is combined with chemistry, and the present situation of junior high school chemistry teachers' professional knowledge is studied in practice. First of all, through the literature analysis of teachers' professional knowledge at home and abroad to sort out the structure and content of junior high school chemistry teachers' professional knowledge. Then according to the structure and content of the junior high school chemistry teachers' professional knowledge, the title is selected and the first draft of the questionnaire is compiled. After analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the contents of the questionnaire were determined, and more than 200 junior high school chemistry teachers from all over the country were given a questionnaire to investigate their professional knowledge. After the questionnaire is collected, 180 valid questionnaires are selected, and the data of the questionnaire are processed and analyzed by SPSS software, and the significant difference level between the new junior high school chemistry teachers and the old teachers, as well as the new teachers from different backgrounds is obtained. At the same time, with the method of interview, a certain number of junior high school teachers were interviewed as a supplement to the results of the questionnaire. This paper analyzes the results of questionnaire and interview, draws a conclusion, and puts forward some practical implications through thinking and literature research. This paper mainly includes the following four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly briefly introduces the origin and research background of the teacher's professional knowledge research, and then briefly expounds the research content of this paper. The significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part is the literature review, through the reference and arrangement of the relevant documents at home and abroad, summed up the definition of the concept of teachers' professional knowledge, the structure of teachers' professional knowledge, and the current research situation of teachers' professional knowledge. The content of the above review is the main theoretical basis of this paper. The third part is the research and design. Firstly, the author expounds the design idea of this paper, the design process of questionnaire and interview, and carries out the investigation. The second is the questionnaire survey data statistics and analysis, draw a conclusion. Then the interview content of the collation and analysis, finally come to a conclusion. The fourth part is the conclusion and enlightenment of the research. The author summarizes the current situation of junior high school chemistry teachers' professional knowledge from the results of questionnaires and interviews, and draws the following conclusions: junior middle school chemistry teachers, whether new teachers or old teachers, The professional level of all teachers has reached the requirements of the new curriculum reform for teachers' professional knowledge; The level of professional knowledge of the new junior high school chemistry teachers is lower than that of the experienced junior middle school chemistry teachers, and the new teachers with junior high school chemistry background are better than the new teachers with provincial teachers' background. Based on the analysis of the results, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to improve the professional knowledge of the new junior high school chemistry teachers. Finally, this study is reviewed, and the limitations of the study are summarized.
