【摘要】：擁有一支高質(zhì)量的農(nóng)村教師隊(duì)伍是農(nóng)村教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)需要準(zhǔn)確把握農(nóng)村教師流動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)。教師流動(dòng)是均衡配置城鄉(xiāng)教師資源的重要手段。以敦煌市義務(wù)教育階段的中小學(xué)為樣本,分析縣域教師流動(dòng)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教師流動(dòng)的模式、現(xiàn)狀、流動(dòng)中存在的問題等方面進(jìn)行研究,旨在對(duì)制訂義務(wù)教育階段教師流動(dòng)政策提供必要的依據(jù),促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Having a high quality rural teachers is the key to the development of rural education. To strengthen the construction of rural teachers, it is necessary to grasp the current situation and trend of rural teachers' flow accurately. Teacher mobility is an important means to balance the allocation of urban and rural teacher resources. Taking the middle and primary schools in the compulsory education stage of Dunhuang City as the sample, this paper analyzes the characteristics of teachers' mobility in the county, studies the pattern, the present situation, the problems existing in the flow of teachers in urban and rural areas, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to provide the necessary basis for the formulation of teacher mobility policy in compulsory education and to promote the balanced development of compulsory education.
