美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的研究

【摘要】:信息社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展給人類帶來了許多機(jī)遇和便捷,同時(shí)也對人才的信息素質(zhì)和信息能力提出了更高的要求。為適應(yīng)信息時(shí)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展,提高公民的信息素養(yǎng)顯得至關(guān)重要。而公民信息素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)要從小抓起,因此中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育也逐漸受到社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域的熱切關(guān)注和高度重視。但我國信息素養(yǎng)教育起步較晚,而且中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育也僅僅是簡單的計(jì)算機(jī)知識(shí)和技能的教育。簡言之,我國中小學(xué)真正意義上的信息素養(yǎng)教育還沒有開展和實(shí)行。眾所周知,美國的信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展最為發(fā)達(dá),同時(shí)也是世界上最早開展中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的國家。時(shí)至今日美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育已取得明顯的成效。本文通過研究美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的發(fā)展歷史;相關(guān)法律政策;信息素養(yǎng)教育組織和中小學(xué)教育中信息素養(yǎng)教育目標(biāo)、課程、實(shí)施策略、師資培訓(xùn)等具體實(shí)施,力圖全面總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗(yàn),以期為我國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育提供借鑒和參考。本文共分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分:問題的提出及研究意義。提出本論文的選題背景、研究意義和研究方法,并對國內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理和論述,在此基礎(chǔ)上界定了“美國中小學(xué)”、“信息素養(yǎng)”、“信息素養(yǎng)教育”三個(gè)概念。第二部分:具體研究美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育。首先,介紹了美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的歷史發(fā)展,詳述了美國信息素養(yǎng)教育從1974年保羅?澤可斯基(Paul Zurkowski)的提出逐步發(fā)展至今的三個(gè)階段,為下文深入介紹中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育做好歷史鋪墊。其次,從法律政策入手來分析國家對中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育提供的法律和政策保障;并全面介紹了美國信息素養(yǎng)教育的相關(guān)組織,包括政府組織和非政府組織。最后,著重分析了美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的具體實(shí)施,包括教育目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、課程設(shè)置、實(shí)施策略、師資培訓(xùn)等。第三部分:總結(jié)美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)及對我國的啟示。通過對美國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的全面分析研究,總結(jié)其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合我國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育的現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)際,有針對性地提出六點(diǎn)啟示以供我國中小學(xué)信息素養(yǎng)教育之借鑒。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the information society has brought a lot of opportunities and convenience to human beings, at the same time, it has put forward higher requirements for the talents' information quality and information ability. In order to adapt to the development of the information age, it is very important to improve the information literacy of citizens. Therefore, the information literacy education in primary and secondary schools has been paid more and more attention. But the information literacy education of our country starts relatively late, and the information literacy education of primary and middle schools is only simple computer knowledge and skill education. In short, China's primary and secondary schools in the true sense of information literacy education has not been carried out and implemented. As we all know, the information industry in America is the most developed, and it is also the first country in the world to carry out information literacy education in primary and secondary schools. Up to now, the information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools has made remarkable achievements. This paper studies the history of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools, the relevant laws and policies, and the development of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools. In order to provide reference for information literacy education in primary and secondary schools, information literacy education aims, courses, implementation strategies, teacher training and other specific implementation in the information literacy education organization and primary and secondary education, trying to sum up its experience in order to provide reference and reference for the information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in our country. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part: the problem and the significance of research. This paper puts forward the background, significance and research method of this thesis, combs and discusses the domestic and foreign research literature, and defines the three concepts of "American primary and middle schools" and "information literacy education" on this basis. The second part: the specific study of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools. First of all, it introduces the historical development of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in the United States, and details the information literacy education in the United States from 1974, Paul? Zekowski (Paul Zurkowski) 's three stages of gradual development have laid the foundation for the further introduction of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools. Secondly, it analyzes the legal and policy guarantee of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of law and policy, and introduces the relevant organizations of information literacy education in the United States, including governmental organizations and non-governmental organizations. Finally, the paper analyzes the implementation of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools, including educational objectives, curriculum contents, curriculum settings, implementation strategies, teacher training and so on. Part three: summarize the successful experience of information literacy education in American primary and middle schools and its enlightenment to our country. Based on the comprehensive analysis and study of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools, this paper summarizes its successful experience, and combines the present situation and practice of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in our country. This paper puts forward six enlightenments for the reference of information literacy education in primary and middle schools in our country.
