中小學(xué)教師學(xué)歷提升的趨勢(shì)分析

【摘要】:通過對(duì)2001—2013年各類學(xué)歷中小學(xué)教師數(shù)量的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列法對(duì)2014—2020年各類學(xué)歷中小學(xué)教師數(shù)量進(jìn)行模型預(yù)測(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)中小學(xué)教師學(xué)歷提升過程表現(xiàn)出從高中、?茖W(xué)歷為主的"兩級(jí)"向?qū)?、本科、高中學(xué)歷為主的"三級(jí)",再向?qū)?坪捅究茖W(xué)歷為主的"新兩級(jí)",再向?qū)?、本科、研究生學(xué)歷為主的"新三級(jí)",最后到本科、研究生學(xué)歷為主的"超兩級(jí)"循序推進(jìn)的總體趨勢(shì)。高中、初中、小學(xué)教師都遵循著相同的學(xué)歷提升趨勢(shì),但具體進(jìn)程并不同步。高中教師學(xué)歷提升得最快,初中其次,小學(xué)處于最后。基于中小學(xué)教師學(xué)歷提升的趨勢(shì)分析,應(yīng)當(dāng)修訂《教師法》,將教師資格的基準(zhǔn)學(xué)歷提高到本科,同時(shí)具有學(xué)士學(xué)位;在職教師應(yīng)當(dāng)不斷增強(qiáng)自我學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力,努力提高自身的學(xué)歷層次;高等院校應(yīng)當(dāng)改革教師教育模式,保障教師學(xué)歷的含金量;師范生應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)教師專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),努力提高初次入職學(xué)歷。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical analysis of the number of primary and secondary school teachers with various qualifications from 2001 to 2013, this paper uses the time series method to predict the number of teachers with various qualifications in primary and secondary schools from 2014 to 2020. The "two levels" of specialized education are to the "three levels", which are mainly specialized, undergraduate and senior high school, to the "new two", which are mainly specialized and undergraduate, to the "new three", which are mainly specialized, undergraduate, and graduate, and finally to the undergraduate. Graduate degree-based "super-two levels" to promote the overall trend. Teachers in high school, middle school and primary school follow the same trend, but the process is not synchronous. High school teachers' qualifications are promoted fastest, junior middle schools second, primary schools at the end. Based on the trend analysis of the upgrading of primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications, we should amend the teacher's Law to raise the basic qualifications of teachers' qualifications to undergraduate degrees, and have a bachelor's degree at the same time. In-service teachers should constantly enhance their motivation of self-learning and strive to improve their academic qualifications, and colleges and universities should reform the mode of teacher education to ensure the gold content of teachers' academic qualifications. Normal school students should strengthen teachers' professional study and strive to improve their initial entry qualifications.
