【摘要】：正校長要秉承"為天地立心,為生民立命"之古訓,胸懷國家民族,兼濟天下蒼生,讓自己的靈魂高貴大氣起來。校長的人格魅力對師生的影響巨大而深遠,德高望重的校長總被師生當作效仿的楷模。因此,只有具備高尚人格的校長才能培養(yǎng)高尚人格的學生。校長的修養(yǎng)可歸納為六氣:一曰正氣,二曰大氣,三曰銳氣,四曰才氣,五曰朝氣,六曰和氣。
[Abstract]:The principal should uphold the "heart for heaven and earth, life for the people," the ancient motto, mind the nation, and help the world, let their souls noble atmosphere up. The charisma of the principal's personality has a great and profound influence on the teachers and students, and the respectable principal is always regarded as a model to be emulated by the teachers and students. Therefore, only the principal with noble personality can cultivate the students with noble personality. The principal's cultivation can be summed up as six Qi: one is upright, the other is atmosphere, three is sharp, four are talent, five is vigor, and six is harmony.
