【摘要】：作為國(guó)家人才培養(yǎng)體系的基石,青少年關(guān)系到一個(gè)國(guó)家的未來(lái)。許多國(guó)家的足球發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明：一個(gè)國(guó)家只有完善的、制度化的足球人才培養(yǎng)體系,才能更好地培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的足球運(yùn)動(dòng)人才,在足球世界占有空間。1989年四川省三臺(tái)縣被名命為“四川省足球之鄉(xiāng)”。三臺(tái)縣人民非常熱愛(ài)足球這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng),足球文化的底蘊(yùn)深厚、歷史悠久。2015年四川省三臺(tái)縣被正式批準(zhǔn)成為全國(guó)38個(gè)校園足球試點(diǎn)縣之一。全縣共有26所小學(xué)校和15所初中學(xué)校、6所高中學(xué)校,總共47所學(xué)校開(kāi)展校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)。本文主要是以全國(guó)校園足球活動(dòng)重點(diǎn)城市三臺(tái)縣的校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象。在第一部分前言中,系統(tǒng)的對(duì)有關(guān)校園足球的相關(guān)理論和學(xué)術(shù)論文進(jìn)行了深度的閱讀和細(xì)心的匯總。明確了本文的研究對(duì)象和研究方法。在第二部分中,作者通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等方法,通過(guò)對(duì)三臺(tái)縣的校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)開(kāi)展的基本情況、學(xué)生參與的基本情況、足球教師的基本情況、班主任以及家長(zhǎng)對(duì)校園足球活動(dòng)的態(tài)度的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,得出結(jié)論：三臺(tái)縣校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)體系還不夠完善；三臺(tái)縣校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)宣傳工作還需加強(qiáng)；三臺(tái)縣校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球教師整體水平偏低；三臺(tái)縣校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校的家長(zhǎng)和班主任對(duì)足球活動(dòng)的支持不夠等一系列問(wèn)題。在文中的最后部分,作者通過(guò)分析整理,針對(duì)三臺(tái)縣校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展中呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)的問(wèn)題總結(jié)出幾點(diǎn)建議：完善三臺(tái)縣校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)相關(guān)體系；積極廣泛宣傳校園足球魅力增強(qiáng)校園足球氛圍和吸引力；加強(qiáng)構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的足球教師隊(duì)伍；社會(huì)各界對(duì)校園足球活動(dòng)應(yīng)全方位大力度的支持。通過(guò)校園足球網(wǎng)點(diǎn)學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,幫助學(xué)生正確認(rèn)識(shí)和理解體育,形成正確的體育價(jià)值觀和科學(xué)的體育道德觀,提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),促進(jìn)足球文化和體育精神的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一,開(kāi)創(chuàng)素質(zhì)教育的新途徑。同時(shí),使教師專(zhuān)業(yè)精神和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)也得到完善,實(shí)現(xiàn)了教師人格的發(fā)展和精神的良好統(tǒng)一,為國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)教育創(chuàng)造一種新型良性的教育方式。通過(guò)對(duì)三臺(tái)縣足球發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,力求找到更適合三臺(tái)縣足球后備人才培養(yǎng)方案。同時(shí),還研究發(fā)現(xiàn)三臺(tái)縣足球后備人才同其他足球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)后備人才培養(yǎng)產(chǎn)生的差距,從而明確對(duì)目前三臺(tái)縣足球后備人才培養(yǎng)更客觀的分析。要找出問(wèn)題,提出建議,突破三臺(tái)縣足球現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展的瓶頸,提升足球整體水平,為三臺(tái)縣足球事業(yè)的重新崛起而努力奮斗。
[Abstract]:As the cornerstone of the national talent training system, young people are related to the future of a country. The football development experience of many countries shows that only a perfect and institutionalized football talent training system can better train excellent football talents. In 1989, Santai County, Sichuan Province was named "the hometown of Sichuan Football". The people of Santai County love football very much and have a long history. In 2015, Santai County in Sichuan Province was officially approved as one of the 38 pilot counties of campus football in China. The county has 26 primary schools and 15 junior high schools, 6 high schools, a total of 47 schools to carry out school football activities. This paper focuses on the current situation of school football activities in Santai County, the key city of the national campus football activities. In the preface of the first part, the related theories and academic papers about campus football are read deeply and summarized carefully. The research object and method of this paper are clarified. In the second part, the author through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, logic analysis, and so on, through the basic situation of the school football activities in Santai County, the basic situation of the participation of students. The basic situation of football teachers, the attitude of head teachers and parents to campus football activities are investigated and analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn: the school football activity system of Santai County campus football network is not perfect enough; The propaganda work of school football activities in Santai County campus football network still needs to be strengthened, and the overall level of football teachers in Santai County campus football network school is on the low side. There are a series of problems, such as the parents and the head teacher of the school in Santai County are not enough to support the football activities. In the last part of the paper, the author summarizes several suggestions for the development of school football activities in Santai County by analyzing and sorting out the problems: perfecting the relevant system of school football activities in Santai County; Promote campus football charm to enhance campus football atmosphere and attraction; strengthen the construction of a scientific and reasonable team of football teachers; the community should support campus football activities in all directions. Through the development of school football activities in campus football network, students can be helped to correctly understand and understand sports, form correct sports values and scientific sports ethics, and improve students' comprehensive quality. To promote the coordination of football culture and sports spirit, create a new way of quality education. At the same time, teachers' professional spirit and professional technology have been perfected, the development of teachers' personality and good unity of spirit have been realized, and a new kind of benign education method has been created for the basic education of the country. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of football development in Santai County, the author tries to find a more suitable training plan for football reserve talents in Santai County. At the same time, it also finds the gap between the reserve talents training in Santai County and other football sports developed areas, so as to make a more objective analysis on the training of football reserve talents in Santai County at present. It is necessary to find out the problems, put forward suggestions, break through the bottleneck of the development of Santai County football at the present stage, improve the overall level of football, and strive hard for the re-emergence of the cause of football in Santai County.
