【摘要】：運(yùn)用《太原市中小學(xué)教師科研能力現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》對(duì)太原市中小學(xué)教師的抽樣調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):雖然經(jīng)過(guò)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革,中小學(xué)教師的科研意識(shí)普遍增強(qiáng),但教師教育科研能力偏弱,缺乏相應(yīng)的專業(yè)素養(yǎng),在具體的科研能力上,急需在方案設(shè)計(jì)能力、實(shí)際操作能力和成果提煉與撰寫報(bào)告能力等方面給予培訓(xùn)和提升。應(yīng)積極創(chuàng)設(shè)條件,強(qiáng)化科研管理,利用各種形式和途徑,不斷提高中小學(xué)教師的教育科研能力。
[Abstract]:A sample survey of primary and secondary school teachers in Taiyuan was carried out by using the questionnaire on the present situation of Scientific Research ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers in Taiyuan. It was found that, although the basic education curriculum reform, the awareness of scientific research of primary and secondary school teachers was generally enhanced. However, teachers' educational and scientific research ability is weak and lacks the corresponding professional accomplishment. In the specific scientific research ability, it is urgent to train and improve the ability of project design, practical operation, production extraction and report writing and so on. We should actively create conditions, strengthen management of scientific research, use various forms and ways to continuously improve the educational and scientific research ability of primary and secondary school teachers.
