【摘要】：藏族地區(qū)中小學理科教育質(zhì)量問題,是影響藏區(qū)整體教育質(zhì)量和藏族學生核心認知發(fā)展的重要因素,是關乎藏民族能否較快融入現(xiàn)代社會生活的基本條件。本文采用調(diào)查法對甘南藏族自治州中小學理科教育存在的主要問題和影響因素進行了調(diào)研和分析,結(jié)果顯示:理科教師隊伍來源單一,"藏漢雙語型"教學人才缺乏,綜合素質(zhì)偏低;文理學生比例失衡,理科學生知識面窄、思維能力差且缺乏自主學習意識;理科教學實驗嚴重不足;理科課程教材的適應性較差。由此提出主要對策:加強教育經(jīng)費的投資力度;構(gòu)建開放融合的教育體系;逐步解決理科師資及"藏漢雙語"師資培養(yǎng)問題;改革傳統(tǒng)的"藏漢雙語"教育模式;構(gòu)建片區(qū)互助教研模式;加強當?shù)馗咝ＲI等。
[Abstract]:The quality of science education in primary and secondary schools in Tibetan areas is an important factor affecting the overall education quality and the development of Tibetan students' core cognition, and it is also the basic condition for the Tibetan nationality to integrate into modern social life quickly. The main problems and influencing factors of science education in primary and secondary schools in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture are investigated and analyzed by the method of investigation. The results show that science teachers come from a single source, and there is a lack of bilingual teaching personnel in Tibetan and Chinese languages. The comprehensive quality is on the low side; the proportion of arts and science students is out of balance; the science students have narrow knowledge, poor thinking ability and lack of independent learning consciousness; the science teaching experiment is seriously insufficient; the adaptability of science teaching materials is poor. The main countermeasures are as follows: strengthening the investment of educational funds, constructing an open and integrated educational system, gradually solving the problems of cultivating science teachers and "Tibetan and Chinese bilingual" teachers, reforming the traditional education mode of "Tibetan and Chinese bilingualism"; Construct the pattern of mutual aid teaching and research, and strengthen the guidance of local colleges and universities.
