PISA教育理念下我國(guó)初中生數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)測(cè)評(píng)的研究

【摘要】:考試與評(píng)價(jià)改革是基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。在新課程改革的實(shí)施過程中,考試與評(píng)價(jià)改革確實(shí)取得了一些成績(jī),但仍然存在一些不足和需要改進(jìn)的地方。為了有效發(fā)揮評(píng)價(jià)的積極作用,我們應(yīng)該適時(shí)地更新一些教育理念,改革一些評(píng)價(jià)方式和內(nèi)容來響應(yīng)新課程改革對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)教育測(cè)量和評(píng)價(jià)的要求。本研究借鑒國(guó)際上比較先進(jìn)和成熟的教育評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目——“國(guó)際學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目”(簡(jiǎn)稱”PISA")。PISA是由經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織(簡(jiǎn)稱"OECD")發(fā)起并組織實(shí)施的一項(xiàng)國(guó)際性學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量比較研究項(xiàng)目。該研究項(xiàng)目旨在測(cè)量義務(wù)教育階段末期15歲左右的在校學(xué)生是否具備未來生活所需的知識(shí)與技能,以及是否為終身學(xué)習(xí)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。PISA測(cè)試始于2000年,每3年舉行一次,主要評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的閱讀素養(yǎng)、數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)和科學(xué)素養(yǎng),但是每年的測(cè)評(píng)重點(diǎn)不同,數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)是2003年和2012年測(cè)評(píng)的重點(diǎn)。在學(xué)生素養(yǎng)的評(píng)估方面,PISA制定了一套獨(dú)特的評(píng)估體系。本文將重點(diǎn)研究PISA數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)方面的測(cè)評(píng),首先將介紹PISA測(cè)試及PISA數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)測(cè)試對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)的界定;挖掘PISA數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)測(cè)試所涵蓋的教育理念及理論;剖析PISA數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)測(cè)試的評(píng)估框架體系,尤其是其中的命題技術(shù),探究這樣的測(cè)評(píng)方式有哪些地方值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。然后,選取贛州市某初級(jí)中學(xué)教師進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)認(rèn)識(shí)及其測(cè)評(píng)的訪談?wù){(diào)查,和基于PISA選編試題對(duì)九年級(jí)學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)水平進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并對(duì)訪談和測(cè)試的實(shí)踐結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。最后,提出我國(guó)初中生數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)測(cè)評(píng)改革的建議。
[Abstract]:The reform of examination and evaluation is an important link in the reform of basic education curriculum. In the course of the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the reform of examination and evaluation has made some achievements, but there are still some shortcomings and needs to be improved. In order to give full play to the positive role of evaluation, we should update some educational concepts and reform some evaluation methods and contents in order to respond to the requirements of the new curriculum reform for the measurement and evaluation of mathematics education. This study draws lessons from the international advanced and mature educational evaluation project-the International Student Assessment Project (PISA) .PISA is an international studentology initiated and implemented by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Comparative study of quality. The project aims to measure whether students in their late 15th year of compulsory education have the knowledge and skills they need to live their lives in the future, and whether the PISA test, which started in 2000 and is held every three years, provides a good basis for lifelong learning. Students' reading literacy, mathematical literacy and scientific literacy are mainly evaluated, but the key points are different from year to year. Mathematical literacy is the focus of the evaluation in 2003 and 2012. PISA has developed a unique evaluation system for students'literacy. This paper will focus on the evaluation of PISA mathematics literacy. Firstly, it will introduce the definition of mathematics literacy by PISA test and PISA mathematics literacy test, excavate the educational concept and theory of PISA mathematics literacy test. This paper analyzes the evaluation framework system of PISA mathematics literacy test, especially the propositional technology, and probes into what is worth studying and using for reference. Then, a junior middle school teacher in Ganzhou City is selected to conduct an interview investigation on the understanding and evaluation of mathematics literacy, and based on the selected questions of PISA, to test the mathematics literacy level of ninth grade students, and to analyze the practical results of the interview and test. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of mathematics literacy evaluation of junior high school students in China.
