中小學生利他行為的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:利他行為是個體一種自發(fā)性、不要求回報的社會助人行為,處于道德發(fā)展的較高層次,是我國道德教育的一個重要組成部分。但是,伴隨著我國文化格局向多元化的不斷發(fā)展,價值選擇困惑、文化沖突等一系列的社會性問題也在不斷地沖擊著我國的道德教育工作,對于中小學生利他行為的培養(yǎng)更是提出了挑戰(zhàn)。此外,筆者通過對利他行為的相關(guān)研究進行梳理后發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然,我國對利他行為的研究較為重視,但是從文化的視角分析利他行為傾向與發(fā)展的研究相對較少,鑒于此,對中小學生利他行為的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究,具有極為重要的意義。本研究基于價值澄清理論和社會學習理論,通過文獻法搜集資料,將四年級、五年級、六年級、七年級、八年級、九年級共六個年級的600名學生作為問卷調(diào)查的對象,從而對中小學生利他行為的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究,根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果,總結(jié)出中小學生利他行為的傾向與發(fā)展趨勢:利他價值觀呈現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展趨勢;利他行為普遍存在,行為動機表現(xiàn)出較強的功利性;利他意愿淡化,戒備心理增強;利他意識與行為脫節(jié)。最后,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論和中小學生的具體實際情況,從學校、家庭、班主任和媒體輿論四個角度提出:學校整合教育資源,為中小學生利他行為的培養(yǎng)提供環(huán)境;家長更新教育觀念,促進中小學生利他行為的培養(yǎng);班主任發(fā)揮價值引領(lǐng)作用,有效促進中小學生利他行為的強化;媒體傳播正能量,為中小學生提供利他榜樣,從而促進中小學生利他行為的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Altruistic behavior is a kind of social helping behavior which is spontaneous and does not require return. It is at a higher level of moral development and is an important part of moral education in our country. However, a series of social problems, such as the continuous development of our cultural structure towards pluralism, the confusion of value choice, the cultural conflict, etc, are also constantly impacting the moral education work in our country. It is a challenge to the cultivation of altruistic behavior of primary and middle school students. In addition, after combing the relevant research on altruistic behavior, the author finds that although the study of altruistic behavior in our country is more important, the research on altruistic behavior tendency and development from the perspective of culture is relatively few, in view of this, It is of great significance to investigate the present situation of altruistic behavior of primary and middle school students. Based on the theory of value clarification and social learning, 600 students in grade four, grade five, grade six, grade seven, grade eight and grade nine were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, the tendency and development trend of altruistic behavior of primary and middle school students are summarized: altruistic values present a diversified development trend, altruistic behavior is widespread, and altruistic behavior is prevalent in primary and middle school students. Behavioral motivation shows strong utilitarian, altruistic intention desalination, alert psychological enhancement, altruistic consciousness and behavior disconnect. Finally, combined with relevant theories and the actual situation of primary and secondary school students, from the school, family, class teacher and media opinion four points of view: school integration of educational resources to provide an environment for the cultivation of altruistic behavior of primary and secondary school students; Parents renew their educational concept to promote the cultivation of altruistic behavior of primary and middle school students; the head teacher plays a leading role in value and effectively promotes the strengthening of altruistic behavior of primary and middle school students; the media disseminates positive energy and provides altruistic role models for primary and middle school students. So as to promote the cultivation of altruistic behavior of primary and middle school students.
