秦皇島市城鄉(xiāng)結合部中小學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,對廣大教師也提出新的更高的要求。在全國范圍內,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展相關問題,也開始受到人們的廣泛關注。專業(yè)發(fā)展指的是自身不斷學習各種新知識和新技能,以實現(xiàn)自身綜合水平和專業(yè)素質不斷提高的重要。專業(yè)發(fā)展對教師來說是一個十分重要的成長過程,可以幫助廣大教師更好的完善自身、勝任本職工作。但是,在我國的眾多城鄉(xiāng)結合部地區(qū),受到實際環(huán)境和工作壓力等諸多因素的影響,中小學教師在專業(yè)發(fā)展方面都呈現(xiàn)出一定的問題,存在水平良莠不齊的情況。而這一情況的出現(xiàn),極大的影響到當?shù)刂行W教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,不利于當?shù)亟虒W水平的提高。本文以學習和參照現(xiàn)有學者的研究成果為基礎,以理論聯(lián)系實際為基本準則,對秦皇島市城鄉(xiāng)結合部中小學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展問題進行細致的調查和分析。論文首先對城鄉(xiāng)結合部、教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展這兩個基本概念做了解釋和界定,介紹了本研究的理論基礎;考察了秦皇島市城鄉(xiāng)結合部中小學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實狀況,通過搜集秦皇島市城鄉(xiāng)結合部中小學教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關數(shù)據(jù),并結合當?shù)馗骷壗逃块T工作人員所提供的相關資料,從教師的群體構成、專業(yè)發(fā)展意識、專業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境、專業(yè)發(fā)展途徑四方面來揭示秦皇島市城鄉(xiāng)結合部中小學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題;詳細分析了影響該區(qū)域教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的原因。從社會環(huán)境、教育管理,教師自身三個方面進行了探討;最后提出了創(chuàng)造良好的社會環(huán)境、建立健全教育管理體制、提高教師專業(yè)發(fā)展意識和發(fā)展能力等行之有效的解決方法。希望通過本次研究,可以引起社會對城鄉(xiāng)結合部中小學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展相關問題的廣泛關注,了解其存在的問題。從而能夠舉多方之力,從根本上促進城鄉(xiāng)結合部中小學教師實現(xiàn)專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education in our country, teachers are required to be higher. In the whole country, the teacher professional development related problems, also began to receive the widespread concern. Professional development refers to the importance of constantly learning new knowledge and new skills in order to improve their comprehensive level and professional quality. Professional development is a very important growth process for teachers, can help teachers better improve themselves, competent for their own work. However, in many urban and rural areas of our country, influenced by many factors such as actual environment and working pressure, teachers in primary and secondary schools have some problems in their professional development, and the level of good and bad is uneven. The emergence of this situation greatly affects the development of local primary and secondary education, which is not conducive to the improvement of local teaching level. On the basis of studying and referring to the research results of existing scholars, this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao's urban-rural joint region, based on the basic criterion of integrating theory with practice. Firstly, the paper explains and defines the two basic concepts of urban and rural areas and teachers' professional development, introduces the theoretical basis of this study, and examines the actual situation of the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao's urban-rural junction. By collecting relevant data on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao City's urban-rural junction, and combining with the relevant information provided by local education department staff at all levels, from the group composition of teachers, professional development awareness, professional development environment, This paper reveals the problems existing in the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao's urban-rural junction, and analyzes in detail the reasons that affect the professional development of teachers in this region. This paper probes into the social environment, educational management and teachers themselves, and finally puts forward some effective solutions such as creating a good social environment, establishing and perfecting the educational management system, and improving teachers' professional development consciousness and ability. It is hoped that through this study, the society will pay more attention to the problems related to the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in the urban and rural areas, and understand the existing problems. Therefore, it can promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in urban and rural areas.
