【摘要】：在當(dāng)前的道德教育中,往往過分強(qiáng)調(diào)道德言說而忽視了教師道德實(shí)踐對(duì)學(xué)生的巨大影響。要實(shí)現(xiàn)教師道德實(shí)踐的教育意蘊(yùn),必須以尊重學(xué)生自主性為前提,以認(rèn)可教育過程性為保證,以師生交往為實(shí)踐支持。教師的道德實(shí)踐離不開道德言說,二者既相互區(qū)別,又相互依賴,乃至相互轉(zhuǎn)化,共同作用于學(xué)生的品德形成過程。
[Abstract]:In the current moral education, too much emphasis is placed on moral expression and the great influence of teachers' moral practice on students is neglected. In order to realize the educational implication of teachers' moral practice, we must regard respecting students' autonomy as the premise, recognizing the educational process as the guarantee, and teachers and students' communication as the practical support. Teachers' moral practice can not be separated from moral speech. They are different, interdependent, and even transformed, and act together on the formation of students' moral character.
