實(shí)施新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師角色定位研究
[Abstract]:Since the new round of Chinese curriculum reform, although it has achieved certain results, it is still affected by the existing imperfect educational system, traditional educational concepts, evaluation system and other subjective and objective factors. And can not better promote the reform of Chinese curriculum efficiency. Among them, the role of middle school Chinese teachers in Chinese curriculum reform has become the focus of attention. The contemporary middle school Chinese teachers are faced with the dramatic changes in the educational reform, the macro environment and the teachers' own development and changes. It is necessary to re-examine the orientation of one's own role. The Standard of compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum (2011 edition) (hereinafter referred to as "New Curriculum Standard") clearly points out that "students are the main body of Chinese learning, and teachers are organizers and guides of learning activities". This requires the middle school Chinese teachers to strive to be a multi-role player. From the perspective of the role orientation of the middle school Chinese teachers under the new curriculum standards, this study first introduces the New Curriculum Standard, and puts forward the corresponding requirements for the middle school Chinese teachers; Secondly, it summarizes the role orientation of traditional middle school Chinese teachers, and puts forward the necessity of repositioning the role of middle school Chinese teachers under the new curriculum standard; thirdly, it introduces the role orientation of middle school Chinese teachers under the new curriculum standards. That is, the guides and promoters of students' learning, the organizers and communicators of teaching activities, the developers and users of curriculum resources, the researchers and innovators of education and teaching; Finally, it points out the problems existing in the role orientation of middle school Chinese teachers under the new curriculum standard, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and starts with the teachers and students, respectively. This paper analyzes the significance of the role orientation of middle school Chinese teachers under the new curriculum standards.
