廣州市中小學(xué)校校醫(yī)配備現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:目的了解廣州市中小學(xué)校醫(yī)隊伍建設(shè)與管理模式現(xiàn)狀,為中小學(xué)校校醫(yī)配置提供參考。方法采取問卷調(diào)查(定量)與現(xiàn)場調(diào)查(定性)相結(jié)合的方法,以廣州市中小學(xué)校作為調(diào)查對象,轄區(qū)內(nèi)各選擇2所小學(xué)、2所初中、2所高中共6所學(xué)校作為定性調(diào)查對象。結(jié)果調(diào)查1 225所中小學(xué)校,其中專職和兼職校醫(yī)689人(40.3%);中學(xué)(含職中)有253所學(xué)校配備專職校醫(yī),配置率為62.3%(253/406),小學(xué)僅有128所學(xué)校配備專職校醫(yī),配置率為16.1%(128/794),中學(xué)校醫(yī)配備率高于小學(xué),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=236.36,P0.01);按600∶1校醫(yī)配備要求,校醫(yī)總配備合格率為44.3%。調(diào)查的1 323名校醫(yī)、保健教師中,女性930人,占70.3%;衛(wèi)生專業(yè)人員565名,衛(wèi)生職稱初級、中級、副高級及以上分別占52.04%,35.93%,1.60%;61.95%的衛(wèi)生人員學(xué)歷為大專及以下,碩士及以上僅占0.7%。83.6%學(xué)校認(rèn)為現(xiàn)有校醫(yī)的質(zhì)量不能滿足當(dāng)前學(xué)校工作的需求;校醫(yī)的配置機制不健全、單一的自主招聘模式是校醫(yī)隊伍建設(shè)的主要限制因素。結(jié)論廣州市中小學(xué)校醫(yī)隊伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,配置模式單一。應(yīng)加強探索多渠道配置機制,改善校醫(yī)隊伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of medical staff construction and management in primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou, and to provide reference for the allocation of school doctors in primary and secondary schools. Methods A questionnaire survey (quantitative) and a field survey (qualitative) were used to investigate primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou and 6 schools in 2 junior high schools and 2 junior high schools in each district. Results among the 1 225 primary and secondary schools, 689 (40.3%) were full-time and part-time doctors, 253 (including vocational middle schools) were equipped with full time school doctors, the allocation rate was 62.3% (253 / 406), and 128 primary schools were equipped with full time school doctors. The allocation rate was 16. 1% (128 / 794), the school doctor allocation rate in middle school was higher than that in primary school, the difference was statistically significant (蠂 2 / 236.36 / P0.01), according to the requirement of 600: 1 school doctor, the qualified rate of school doctor was 44.3%. Of the 1,323 school doctors and health teachers surveyed, 930 were female (70.30.95%), 565 health professionals with primary, intermediate, deputy senior and above levels accounted for 52.04% and 61.95% respectively. Only 0.7.83.6% of the schools considered that the quality of the existing school doctors could not meet the needs of the current school work, the allocation mechanism of school doctors was not perfect, and the single independent recruitment model was the main limiting factor in the construction of school medical staff. Conclusion the present situation of medical staff construction in primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou is not optimistic, and the allocation model is single. We should strengthen the exploration of multi-channel allocation mechanism and improve the construction of school medical staff.
