我國中小學(xué)教研組建設(shè)研究述評

【摘要】:中小學(xué)教研組在我國基礎(chǔ)教育中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。我國中小學(xué)教研組建設(shè)取得了一定的成果,主要集中在教研組建設(shè)的方法、教研組的作用、教研組的性質(zhì)、教研組文化等方面,表明中小學(xué)教研組建設(shè)已經(jīng)開始從技術(shù)操作走向價值追求,從形式走向內(nèi)涵。同時,教研組建設(shè)也存在諸多不足,如教研組建設(shè)缺乏系統(tǒng)性,教研組內(nèi)涵建設(shè)缺乏教育理解,教研組發(fā)展缺乏保障機制等。結(jié)合我國中小學(xué)教研組建設(shè)的實際和研究現(xiàn)狀,今后教研組建設(shè)的研究應(yīng)加強教研組建設(shè)的理論建構(gòu),關(guān)注教研組建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實條件,完善教研組建設(shè)的發(fā)展機制。
[Abstract]:The primary and middle school teaching and research group has played an important role in the basic education of our country. Some achievements have been made in the construction of teaching and research groups in primary and secondary schools in China. They mainly focus on the methods of building teaching and research groups, the role of teaching and research groups, the nature of teaching and research groups, the culture of teaching and research groups, and so on. It shows that the construction of teaching and research groups in primary and middle schools has begun to move from technical operation to value pursuit and form to connotation. At the same time, there are many deficiencies in the construction of teaching and research group, such as the lack of systematization of teaching and research group construction, the lack of educational understanding in the construction of teaching and research group connotation, the lack of guarantee mechanism for the development of teaching and research group, and so on. According to the actual situation of the construction of the teaching and research group in primary and secondary schools in China, the research on the construction of the teaching and research group in the future should strengthen the theoretical construction of the teaching and research group, pay attention to the practical conditions of the construction of the teaching and research group and perfect the development mechanism of the construction of the teaching and research group.

[Abstract]:The primary and middle school teaching and research group has played an important role in the basic education of our country. Some achievements have been made in the construction of teaching and research groups in primary and secondary schools in China. They mainly focus on the methods of building teaching and research groups, the role of teaching and research groups, the nature of teaching and research groups, the culture of teaching and research groups, and so on.
