【摘要】：《中國(guó)學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)》是在國(guó)際浪潮的大背景下頒布的,但核心素養(yǎng)從研制到發(fā)表,其初衷不只是為了適應(yīng)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要。正視核心素養(yǎng)應(yīng)關(guān)注其內(nèi)在價(jià)值,即基于適切性的國(guó)家需要和學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的需要,厘清其價(jià)值定位。學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)應(yīng)該是學(xué)科素養(yǎng)抽象化的產(chǎn)物,而不是各個(gè)學(xué)科素養(yǎng)要素機(jī)械疊加的綜合,應(yīng)重視學(xué)科融合和跨學(xué)科知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)性。在實(shí)踐教學(xué)上,要充分發(fā)揮教師的自主性和教研的能動(dòng)性。同時(shí),要建立基于核心素養(yǎng)發(fā)展情況的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The Core Literacy of Chinese students was promulgated under the background of the international tide, but its original intention is not only to meet the needs of international competition from the development to publication. Facing up to the core accomplishment should pay attention to its intrinsic value, that is, based on the appropriate national needs and the needs of students' physical and mental development, we should clarify its value orientation. The development of students' core literacy should be the product of the abstract of the subject literacy, not the synthesis of the mechanical superposition of the elements of each subject accomplishment, and the integration of the subject and the systematization of the interdisciplinary knowledge should be emphasized. In practice teaching, we should give full play to the autonomy of teachers and the initiative of teaching and research. At the same time, it is necessary to establish an evaluation standard based on the development of core literacy.
