【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今社會對教育的普遍重視和廣泛參與,家長已愈加成為不可忽視的教育參與組成部分。家長參與高中學(xué)校日常管理,是有其積極意義和法理必要性的。積極意義表現(xiàn)在:完善學(xué)校決策;協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)校和家長之間的關(guān)系,增加家長對學(xué)校的認(rèn)同和理解;有助于構(gòu)建和諧的教育生態(tài)環(huán)境。當(dāng)前家長參與高中學(xué)校日常管理中面臨很多挑戰(zhàn)和問題,包括:家長過度參與學(xué)校管理;家長參與學(xué)校治理人員結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;家長委員會關(guān)注主體不同所帶來的矛盾;家長參與學(xué)校管理存在表面性和被動性。據(jù)此,特提出以下改善措施:建立完善的保障制度;保證各階層家長參與,維護(hù)家長話語權(quán);建立健全家長培訓(xùn)體制;完善媒體輿論平臺。
[Abstract]:With the widespread attention and participation in education, parents have become an important part of education participation. It is of positive significance and legal necessity for parents to participate in the daily management of high schools. The positive meanings are as follows: perfecting school decision-making, coordinating the relationship between school and parents, increasing parents' recognition and understanding of school, and helping to build a harmonious educational ecological environment. At present, parents' participation in the daily management of high schools faces many challenges and problems, including: excessive participation of parents in school management, unreasonable structure of parents' participation in school governance, contradictions caused by different subjects concerned by parents' committees; Parents' participation in school management is superficial and passive. Accordingly, the following improvement measures are put forward: to establish a perfect security system; to ensure the participation of parents from all walks of life, to safeguard the right of parents to speak; to establish and improve the training system for parents; and to perfect the media and public opinion platform.
