“國培計(jì)劃”體育骨干教師專業(yè)能力的調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:本研究是根據(jù)2012年教育部頒布的中、小學(xué)《教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》及前人關(guān)于教師專業(yè)化,專業(yè)能力的研究,編制了《中小學(xué)體育教師專業(yè)能力重要性調(diào)查問卷》和《中小學(xué)體育教師專業(yè)能力調(diào)查問卷》;并根據(jù)問卷對(duì)2013年福建師范大學(xué)體育科學(xué)學(xué)院所承辦的“國培計(jì)劃”中87名體育骨干教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分別對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果中不同性別,不同教齡,不同職稱體育骨干教師的專業(yè)能力進(jìn)行基本統(tǒng)計(jì)描述,比較分析,相關(guān)性分析,IPA分析以及交叉列聯(lián)表分析;研究選取部分骨干教師進(jìn)行訪談,以探索其專業(yè)能力成長路徑及影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在專業(yè)能力重要性認(rèn)同方面,體育教學(xué)能力最為重要,但實(shí)際具備情況并不理想,其專業(yè)能力重要性與實(shí)際具備情況的相關(guān)性之間也沒有明顯的相關(guān)關(guān)系;在進(jìn)行IPA分析時(shí),得出體育骨干教師的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力和教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)能力應(yīng)是著重進(jìn)行提高的兩項(xiàng)專業(yè)能力:在進(jìn)行交叉列聯(lián)表分析時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),教師專業(yè)能力在教齡因子和職稱因子上的差異性不大,且相關(guān)性也不明顯。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the primary and secondary school teachers' professional standards issued by the Ministry of Education in 2012 and previous studies on teachers' specialization and professional competence. The questionnaire on the importance of Professional ability of PE Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools and the questionnaire on Professional competence of PE Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools were compiled. According to the questionnaire, 87 key physical education teachers were investigated by the College of physical Education Science of Fujian normal University in 2013. The basic statistical description, comparative analysis, correlation analysis and cross-list analysis of the professional ability of PE backbone teachers with different titles were carried out, and some backbone teachers were selected for interviews. In order to explore its professional ability growth path and influence factors. The research found that: in the professional competence importance recognition aspect, the physical education teaching ability is the most important, but the actual possession situation is not ideal, its specialized ability importance and the actual possession situation correlation also has no obvious correlation; In the analysis of IPA, it is concluded that the teaching design ability and teaching evaluation ability of PE backbone teachers should be two professional abilities that should be improved emphatically: in the cross-list analysis, it is found that, The difference of teachers' professional ability in teaching age factor and professional title factor is not obvious, and the correlation is not obvious.
