中學生物學新任教師專業(yè)標準指標體系構(gòu)建的基礎性研究

【摘要】:教師專業(yè)標準是促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,提升教育教學質(zhì)量的有力保障,制定并實施教師專業(yè)標準已成為許多國家加強教師隊伍建設、保證教育教學質(zhì)量的重要戰(zhàn)略措施。目前,國內(nèi)雖已頒布了通用型的教師專業(yè)標準,但還未制定分學科分專業(yè)發(fā)展階段的教師專業(yè)標準。鑒于此,本研究即以此為關注點,試圖構(gòu)建中學生物學新任教師專業(yè)標準指標體系,以促進中學生物學新任教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。全文包括以下六個部分:第一部分“導論”,主要闡明本研究的背景,說明研究的主要問題、研究方法和意義等。第二部分“理論綜述”,綜述國內(nèi)外相關研究,分析研究了中學生物學新任教師專業(yè)標準指標體系構(gòu)建的依據(jù)。第三部分“中學生物學新任教師專業(yè)標準指標體系的構(gòu)建”,主要通過對國內(nèi)外31個教師專業(yè)標準的研究以及調(diào)查一線中學生物學教師的意見,完成中學生物學新任教師專業(yè)標準指標體系的構(gòu)建。第四部分“結(jié)論與展望”,闡述研究結(jié)論及后續(xù)研究的建議。研究結(jié)論:(1)本研究構(gòu)建的中學生物學新任教師專業(yè)標準指標體系包含三個一級指標、十五個二級指標、八十六個三級指標。(2)依據(jù)教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)理論的堅實基礎,綜合國內(nèi)外已有教師專業(yè)標準專業(yè)維度分劃分,確定了中學生物學新任教師專業(yè)標準指標體系從三個維度進行構(gòu)建,即專業(yè)知識、專業(yè)能力和專業(yè)情感與價值觀。(3)第一個維度“專業(yè)知識”中,包含“學科內(nèi)容知識”、“學生知識”、“教學法知識”、“課程知識”和“通識性知識”五個標準。(4)第二個維度“專業(yè)能力”中,包含“教學方法與策略”、“教學計劃與準備”、“課堂組織與管理”、“評價、監(jiān)督與反饋”、“溝通與交流”、“安全與健康”和“生物學實驗”七個標準。(5)第三個維度“專業(yè)情感與價值觀”中,包含“參與專業(yè)發(fā)展”、“對學生的態(tài)度”和“職業(yè)責任與道德”三個標準。
[Abstract]:The professional standard of teachers is an effective guarantee to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching. It has become an important strategic measure for many countries to strengthen the construction of teachers and ensure the quality of education and teaching. At present, although the general teachers' professional standard has been promulgated in our country, it has not yet formulated the teachers' professional standard in the stage of the development of subdiscipline and specialty. In view of this, this research focuses on this point, trying to construct the standard index system of the new teachers of biology in middle school, in order to promote the professional development of the new teachers of biology in middle school. The thesis consists of the following six parts: the first part, introduction, mainly explains the background of this study, explains the main problems, research methods and significance. The second part is "Theory Review", which summarizes the relevant researches at home and abroad, and analyzes the basis for the establishment of the professional standard system of the new biology teachers in middle school. The third part, "the construction of professional standard system of new teachers of biology in middle school", mainly through the research of 31 teachers' professional standards at home and abroad and the survey of the opinions of biology teachers in first-line middle schools. To complete the establishment of the professional standard index system for the new teachers of biology in middle school. The fourth part is "conclusion and Prospect", expounding the conclusion of the research and the suggestion of the follow-up study. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the professional standard index system of the new middle school biology teachers is composed of three primary indexes, fifteen second-class indexes and 86 third-level indexes. (2) according to the theory of teachers' professional quality structure, it is based on a solid foundation. According to the division of professional dimensions of teachers' professional standards at home and abroad, this paper determines that the index system of professional standards for new teachers in middle school biology should be constructed from three dimensions, namely, professional knowledge. Professional ability and professional emotion and values. (3) the first dimension of "professional knowledge", including "subject content knowledge", "student knowledge", "pedagogical knowledge", "Curriculum knowledge" and "general knowledge" are five standards. (4) the second dimension of "professional competence" includes "teaching methods and strategies", "teaching plan and preparation", "classroom organization and management", "evaluation, supervision and feedback". "Communication and Communication", "Safety and Health" and "Biological experiment" are seven criteria. (5) the third dimension "professional emotion and values" includes "participation in professional development", "attitude towards students" and "Professional responsibility and morality" three standards.
