【摘要】：學(xué)校德育是一個(gè)有機(jī)整體,它由小學(xué)德育、中學(xué)德育、大學(xué)德育等不同層次的子系統(tǒng)組合而成,不同階段的學(xué)校德育對(duì)學(xué)生的道德發(fā)展、成長(zhǎng)成才至關(guān)重要。中小學(xué)教育是整個(gè)教育工作的奠基工程,是基礎(chǔ)教育,其中德育工作是關(guān)鍵。目前,小學(xué)德育和中學(xué)德育在目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、途徑及評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的設(shè)置等方面都存在一定斷層,不僅影響到更高一級(jí)層次——大學(xué)德育的成效。德育的完整性和連續(xù)性遭到破壞,嚴(yán)重影響到學(xué)生整體綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)及健康成長(zhǎng)。如何做好中小學(xué)德育的有效銜接,是當(dāng)前德育工作的重中之重。學(xué)校德育銜接問(wèn)題研究作為“德育”研究的一個(gè)重要組成部分,起步較晚。由于缺乏有效銜接,學(xué)校德育缺乏整體性和系統(tǒng)性,德育效果不明顯。本文在全面查閱文獻(xiàn)資料、了解研究動(dòng)態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)訪談?wù){(diào)研,實(shí)地分析等方法,從中小學(xué)德育過(guò)程規(guī)律出發(fā),查找當(dāng)前我國(guó)中小學(xué)德育整體性、連貫性、系統(tǒng)性、針對(duì)性上所出現(xiàn)的種種問(wèn)題——即德育銜接問(wèn)題,分析產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因,探索解決這些問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。具體而言本文第一部分分析了中小學(xué)德育過(guò)程中注重德育銜接的必要性;第二部分從德育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、途徑和評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等方面揭示當(dāng)前我國(guó)中小學(xué)德育銜接出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)原因進(jìn)行分析;第三部分針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,從德育原則的確立,及德育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、途徑和評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等方面,提出解決中小學(xué)德育銜接問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,以期在體現(xiàn)不同學(xué)段德育特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上促進(jìn)中、小學(xué)德育的有機(jī)銜接,提高德育實(shí)效性。本文研究既可以從理論上對(duì)德育銜接問(wèn)題形成較為系統(tǒng)、全面的認(rèn)識(shí),豐富和完善大中小學(xué)德育銜接的理論體系,也可以從實(shí)踐上探索學(xué)校德育銜接的操作路徑,有助于德育實(shí)踐改革,增強(qiáng)德育實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:School moral education is an organic whole, which is composed of different subsystems such as primary school moral education, middle school moral education, university moral education and so on. School moral education at different stages is of great importance to the moral development and growth of students. The primary and secondary education is the foundation project of the whole education work, is the basic education, among which the moral education is the key. At present, there are some faults in the goals, contents, ways and evaluation mechanism of moral education in primary and middle schools, which not only affect the effect of higher level of moral education in universities. The integrity and continuity of moral education are damaged, which seriously affects the cultivation and healthy growth of students' overall comprehensive quality. How to effectively link up the moral education in primary and middle schools is the most important work of moral education at present. As an important part of the study of moral education, the study on the convergence of school moral education started late. Due to the lack of effective cohesion and lack of integrity and systematization, the effect of moral education is not obvious. On the basis of comprehensive literature review and understanding of the research trends, this paper, through the methods of interview, investigation and field analysis, looks for the integrity, consistency and systematicness of moral education in primary and middle schools in our country, starting from the law of moral education process in primary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and explores the countermeasures to solve them. In particular, the first part of this paper analyzes the necessity of paying attention to the connection of moral education in the process of moral education in primary and secondary schools, the second part reveals the problems existing in the convergence of moral education in primary and secondary schools in our country from the aspects of moral education objectives, contents, approaches and evaluation mechanisms. In the third part, aiming at the problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of linking up moral education in primary and middle schools from the following aspects: the establishment of moral education principles, the objectives, contents, approaches and evaluation mechanism of moral education. On the basis of embodying the characteristics of moral education in different learning stages, the author hopes to promote the organic connection of moral education in primary schools and improve the effectiveness of moral education. The study of this paper can not only form a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the connection of moral education in theory, enrich and perfect the theoretical system of moral cohesion in primary and secondary schools, but also explore the operational path of the convergence of moral education in schools in practice. It is helpful to reform the practice of moral education and enhance the actual effect of moral education.
