【摘要】：本研究以《美國新聞與世界報(bào)道》中排名前100位的高中為研究對(duì)象,采取文本分析的方法對(duì)其使命陳述的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行編碼和歸類。研究結(jié)果表明,美國學(xué)術(shù)性高中使命陳述的主要內(nèi)容包括:關(guān)注"人"的培養(yǎng)和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)力的培養(yǎng),注重核心素養(yǎng)的養(yǎng)成,關(guān)注外部環(huán)境對(duì)學(xué)生發(fā)展的影響,注重學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育。這啟示我們?cè)谀殞W(xué)校使命陳述的時(shí)候,要注意:應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確地表述學(xué)校的發(fā)展定位;體現(xiàn)對(duì)學(xué)校辦學(xué)傳統(tǒng)的尊重,又突出對(duì)未來的戰(zhàn)略性展望;同時(shí)彰顯學(xué)校的特色和文化品位。
[Abstract]:This study takes the top 100 high schools in American News and World report as the research object, and adopts the method of text analysis to encode and classify the content of its mission statement. The results show that the main contents of the mission statement of American academic high school include: pay attention to the cultivation of "people" and students' learning ability, pay attention to the cultivation of core accomplishment, and pay attention to the influence of external environment on students' development. Pay attention to the education of students' career planning. This enlightens us to pay attention to: the development orientation of the school should be expressed accurately, the tradition of running a school should be respected, and the strategic outlook for the future should be emphasized, while the characteristics and cultural taste of the school should be highlighted.
