新疆兵團(tuán)中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”的有效性研究

【摘要】:隨著課程改革的不斷推進(jìn)及終身教育理念的不斷深化,中小學(xué)教師的培訓(xùn)工作受到國家、社會的重視。“國培計劃”作為我國中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)的引領(lǐng)項目,在全面實(shí)施5年以來,取得了很大的成績,為各級各類教師的發(fā)展提供了良好的平臺,但在實(shí)施的過程當(dāng)中也存在不少的問題。這些問題足以引起有關(guān)工作者的重視。本研究通過調(diào)查兵團(tuán)地區(qū)中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上深入分析兵團(tuán)中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”的有效性,進(jìn)一步分析了影響“國培”質(zhì)量的因素,從而提出針對性的改進(jìn)策略,以增強(qiáng)“國培計劃”實(shí)施的有效性,進(jìn)而保證“國培計劃”的各項政策有效貫徹。本研究設(shè)計了兩份調(diào)查問卷,問卷編制涉及基本情況、培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀、培訓(xùn)效果等三方面內(nèi)容。調(diào)查問卷為本研究提供了第一手資料,為統(tǒng)計分析提供依據(jù)。本文主要探討兵團(tuán)地區(qū)中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”的有效性,研究對象分為兩大部分,第一部分以參加2014年暑期“國培計劃”短期集中培訓(xùn)項目的中小學(xué)骨干教師為調(diào)查對象,第二部分以在2013年以前(包括2013年)已經(jīng)參加過兵團(tuán)“國培計劃”的中小學(xué)骨干教師為調(diào)查對象。論文共分為五個部分:第一部分為緒論,主要包括選題緣由、研究目的及意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、相關(guān)概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ)、研究思路及方法。第二部分分析了兵團(tuán)地區(qū)中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”的現(xiàn)狀,了解到兵團(tuán)地區(qū)“國培”在培訓(xùn)條件、培訓(xùn)師資、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)方式、培訓(xùn)管理等方面的基本狀況。第三部分內(nèi)容當(dāng)中,從參培教師教育理念的提升與轉(zhuǎn)變、知識結(jié)構(gòu)的完善、教育教學(xué)能力的提高、教育教學(xué)研究改進(jìn)等方面得出了兵團(tuán)地區(qū)中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”的有效性較強(qiáng)的結(jié)論,并且通過對教師滿意度的調(diào)查,得出參培教師在對于兵團(tuán)“國培”的師資、培訓(xùn)方式、培訓(xùn)管理的滿意度較高。第四部分內(nèi)容分析了影響兵團(tuán)中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”質(zhì)量的因素有培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)方式、師資水平、培訓(xùn)管理水平、個人學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。第五部分對完善中小學(xué)骨干教師“國培”有效性提出了相應(yīng)的策略:培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容需要具備全面性的同時具備前瞻性和針對性;培訓(xùn)方式需要具備多樣性的同時具有靈活性和開放性;培訓(xùn)管理需要在科學(xué)性和規(guī)范性的基礎(chǔ)上具備人文性;培訓(xùn)應(yīng)該培訓(xùn)應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)體現(xiàn)參培教師的主體地位。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of curriculum reform and the deepening of life-long education concept, the training of primary and secondary school teachers has been attached great importance to by the state and society. As a leading project for the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China, the "National Education Plan" has made great achievements in the past five years, and has provided a good platform for the development of teachers at all levels and types. However, there are many problems in the process of implementation. These problems are enough to draw the attention of the workers concerned. On the basis of investigating the present situation of "Guopei" of primary and secondary school backbone teachers in Bingtuan area, this study deeply analyzes the effectiveness of Guopei, and further analyzes the factors that affect the quality of "Guopei". Therefore, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of the "National training Plan" and to ensure the effective implementation of the various policies of the "National training Plan". In this study, two questionnaires were designed, which included three aspects: basic situation, training status, training effect and so on. The questionnaire provides the first-hand data for this study and provides the basis for statistical analysis. This paper mainly discusses the effectiveness of Guopei, a key teacher in primary and secondary schools in Bingtuan area. The research object is divided into two parts. The first part is to investigate the backbone teachers of primary and secondary schools who participated in the short-term centralized training program of "National training Program" in the summer of 2014. The second part is about the primary and middle school teachers who have participated in the Guopei Program before 2013 (including 2013). The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the reason of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, literature review, the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis, research ideas and methods. The second part analyzes the status quo of Guopei, a key teacher in primary and secondary schools in Bingtuan area, and finds out the basic situation of Guopei in terms of training conditions, training teachers, training contents, training methods, training management, and so on. In the third part, from the promotion and transformation of teachers' educational idea, the perfection of knowledge structure, the improvement of educational and teaching ability, The author draws a conclusion that the key teachers of primary and secondary schools in the bingtuan area are effective, and through the investigation of teachers' satisfaction, it is concluded that the teachers of Shanpei are trained for the teachers of the bingtuan "Guopei" The satisfaction of training management is higher. The fourth part analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the backbone teachers in the primary and secondary schools of Bingtuan, such as training content, training methods, teachers' level, training management level and personal learning attitude. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the effectiveness of "national training" for the backbone teachers of primary and secondary schools: the training content needs to be comprehensive and forward-looking and targeted at the same time; Training methods need to be flexible and open while diversity; training management needs to have humanity on the basis of scientific and normative; training should be strengthened to reflect the main position of teachers.
