In order to determine the character of mental development and the influencing factors of childhood deaf ness in China the revised H-NTLA was applied to 1758 deaf children within the age rallge of 3 to 17 years. Compared with 1788 normal hearing children,the results schowed that①the deaf children were ahout 20 points lower in IQ than those with normal hearing;②the average retarda-tion was found to be about 6 months in 3~5 year,old age,the difference became significant from 6 years old, the average retardation...

為了解聾兒智力發(fā)育特點(diǎn),探討影響聾兒智力發(fā)育的因素、采用希-內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)能力測(cè)驗(yàn)(H-NTLA)量表對(duì)1758例3~17歲聾兒進(jìn)行智力測(cè)驗(yàn),同時(shí)測(cè)定1788名相同年齡聽力正常兒童作為對(duì)照。結(jié)果顯示聾兒智商平均較正常聽力兒童低約20。聾兒智齡在3~5歲較同齡正常兒童低約6個(gè)月,從6歲開始差距逐漸增大,至13歲時(shí)智齡落后約36個(gè)月。16歲以后又有逐漸接近的趨勢(shì)。3~9歲聾兒在反映手眼協(xié)調(diào)及空間知覺的分測(cè)驗(yàn)和正常聽力兒童相比差異無顯著性;16~17歲聾兒在反映圖形記憶及圖形組合能力的短視覺記憶及空間推理兩項(xiàng)分測(cè)驗(yàn)和正常聽力兒童相比差異無顯著性。但反映概念推理、思維想象的圖畫聯(lián)想、圖畫類同以及色彩記憶、數(shù)字記憶力均較正常聽力兒童明顯落后。經(jīng)多元逐步回歸分析顯示與聾兒智力發(fā)育有關(guān)的主要因素有:是否選配助聽器、家庭教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入及開始受教育年齡。
Through the data analysis and investigation of the funding need, finding source, and use of the elementary education for China's countryside, the essay suggests that the government should decide on the early greatly increased investment in the education, regain some authorities on the management and administration of the money and budget, so that the central and provincial governments can have a stronger ability to implement a macro control policy.
本文通過對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)需求、來源與使用的個(gè)案材料分析和整體數(shù)據(jù)考察,建議國(guó)家及早大幅度地增加教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,適當(dāng)回收基礎(chǔ)教育管理和經(jīng)費(fèi)籌措體制的部分責(zé)任與權(quán)力,加大中央和省級(jí)對(duì)于教育的宏觀調(diào)控能力。
