【摘要】：隨著我國綜合國力的進(jìn)一步提升,社會(huì)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,人們關(guān)心的不僅僅是文化生活水平的提高,更關(guān)心的是健康生活水平的提升。貴州省地處我國欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的西南地區(qū),而畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)又地處貴州歸貧困的西部,是我國西部比較典型的貧困地區(qū)之一,因此,以貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)的學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為例來研究對提高我國中學(xué)體育教學(xué)具有重要的意義。貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)至今還沒有對中學(xué)體育教學(xué)進(jìn)行過體育教學(xué)的研究。因此,研究畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)的學(xué)校體育對推進(jìn)貴州學(xué)校教育的發(fā)展有著非常重要的意義。通過對貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)部分中學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、體育教師、學(xué)生和家長的調(diào)查和研究,貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中學(xué)校體育發(fā)展存在很多迫切需要解決的問題和不足的地方,主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)校體育師資力量和隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的問題;學(xué)校體育場地和器材存在嚴(yán)重的缺乏;體育教師的地位,待遇和繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)和學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力的缺乏;和七星關(guān)區(qū)一樣的地區(qū)中學(xué)體育教育得不到教育部門和相關(guān)部門的支持和重視,學(xué)校體育發(fā)展存在嚴(yán)重的體育經(jīng)費(fèi)缺口,體育器材比較陳舊,教師的再教育和學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)也不多,學(xué)校常的體育教學(xué)達(dá)不到理想的效果。學(xué)校的體育活動(dòng)和比賽存在單調(diào)性。本文主要以畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)畢節(jié)二中、畢節(jié)六中、畢節(jié)思源實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校、大銀中學(xué)、田壩中學(xué)、放珠中學(xué)、楊家灣中學(xué)、朱昌中學(xué)、八寨中學(xué)、長春堡中學(xué)和燕子口中學(xué)的研究。本次研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等,對畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)的中學(xué)體育教學(xué)進(jìn)行研究分析,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)一些中學(xué)體育教育改革中存在的問題,尤其當(dāng)前在新的課程改革下中學(xué)體育在教學(xué)中的問題,對貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中體育教師、學(xué)生、家長和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)調(diào)查,并提出了具體的影響因素和對策。從而促進(jìn)新的課程改革,促進(jìn)畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的發(fā)展。研究表明,貴州省畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)中學(xué)校體育發(fā)展存在很多不足的地方,不僅需要學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和體育教師有足夠的重視,還需要教育部門和相關(guān)部門的大力支持和重視。同時(shí),需要加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的體育鍛煉意識(shí),堅(jiān)持“健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想,學(xué)生自身也需要對體育得到認(rèn)識(shí)和重視,學(xué)校必須打破“應(yīng)試教育”模式,不應(yīng)為了追求升學(xué)率而忽視學(xué)生的身體健康和體育鍛煉。如此全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育就可以得到落實(shí)和提高。用行動(dòng)感染學(xué)生,使學(xué)生在體育教學(xué)條件有限的情況下仍然喜歡體育運(yùn)動(dòng),養(yǎng)成終身體育的意識(shí),為學(xué)生素質(zhì)的提高打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the further improvement of our country's comprehensive national strength and the vigorous development of various social undertakings, people are concerned not only with the improvement of the level of cultural life, but also with the improvement of the standard of healthy living. Guizhou Province is located in the southwest of underdeveloped areas of China, and the Qixingguan District of Bijie City is located in the western part of Guizhou Province, which is returned to poverty. It is one of the typical poor areas in the western part of China, so, Taking the development of school physical education in Qixingguan District of Bijie City, Guizhou Province as an example, it is of great significance to improve the teaching of physical education in middle schools in China. The Qixing Guan District of Bijie City, Guizhou Province, has not carried on the research of physical education teaching in middle school up to now. Therefore, it is of great significance to study school sports in Qixing Guan District of Bijie City to promote the development of school education in Guizhou. Through the investigation and research on some middle school leaders, PE teachers, students and parents in Qixingguan District, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, there are many urgent problems and deficiencies in the development of Middle School physical Education in Qixingguan District, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. It is mainly reflected in the problems of school physical education teachers' strength and team building, the serious lack of school sports venues and equipment, the status of physical education teachers, the treatment and the lack of opportunities to continue learning and the lack of motivation for learning; High school physical education in areas like the Qixingguan District is not supported and valued by the education departments and related departments. There is a serious gap in sports funds for the development of school sports, and sports equipment is relatively old. There are few opportunities for teachers to re-educate and study, and the regular physical education in schools can not achieve the desired results. School sports activities and competitions are monotonous. In this paper, the research of Bijie 2, Bijie 6, Bijie Siyuan Experimental School, Big Silver Middle School, Tianba Middle School, Fangzhu Middle School, Yangjiawan Middle School, Zhuchang Middle School, Bazhai Middle School, Changchun Fort Middle School and Yanzikou Middle School in Bijie City is presented. In this study, the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, field investigation, logic analysis and so on are used to study and analyze the physical education teaching of middle school in Qixingguan District, Bijie City. Therefore, some problems existing in the reform of physical education in middle schools, especially in the teaching of middle school physical education under the new curriculum reform, have been found out, and the physical education teachers and students in Qixingguan District of Bijie City, Guizhou Province, have been studied. Parents and school leaders conducted a related investigation, and put forward specific factors and countermeasures. So as to promote the new curriculum reform and promote the development of physical education in Qixing Guan District of Bijie City. The study shows that there are many deficiencies in the development of school physical education in Qixingguan District, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. It needs not only school leaders and physical education teachers to pay enough attention to it, but also the support and attention of education departments and related departments. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen students' awareness of physical exercise, adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first", and students themselves also need to know and attach importance to physical education, and schools must break the model of "examination-oriented education". Students' physical health and physical exercise should not be neglected in pursuit of the transition rate. So full implementation of quality education can be implemented and improved. Using action to infect students, students still like sports under the limited conditions of physical education teaching, cultivate the consciousness of lifelong physical education, and lay a good foundation for the improvement of students' quality.
