【摘要】:學(xué)校管理診斷是近年來興起的受校長(zhǎng)歡迎的一種新型培訓(xùn)方式,它有助于提升校長(zhǎng)的專業(yè)能力,促進(jìn)校長(zhǎng)的專業(yè)發(fā)展。學(xué)校管理診斷活動(dòng)中存在的主要問題有:認(rèn)識(shí)存在偏差,方法運(yùn)用不當(dāng),主題選擇欠妥,深度挖掘不夠,診斷彼此失衡。為此,提出了如下相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議:被診學(xué)校配合,診斷主題適切,方法科學(xué)運(yùn)用,關(guān)注學(xué)校細(xì)節(jié),不僅"診"更要"斷"。
[Abstract]:School management diagnosis is a new type of training method which is popular with principals in recent years. It helps to improve the professional ability of principals and promote their professional development. The main problems in school management and diagnosis activities are as follows: deviation of cognition, improper use of methods, improper choice of themes, insufficient depth mining, and unbalanced diagnosis of each other. Therefore, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as follows: the cooperation of the school under examination, the appropriate diagnosis subject, the scientific application of the method, and the attention to the details of the school, not only "diagnosis" but also "failure".
