【摘要】：基礎(chǔ)教育場(chǎng)域中偏離"基礎(chǔ)"的表層化教學(xué)普遍存在并根深蒂固。顯性知識(shí)至上原則在各學(xué)科教學(xué)中全方位滲透并表現(xiàn)為:教學(xué)目的上的庸俗生活化與短視功利化;教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)上的分?jǐn)?shù)至上;教學(xué)結(jié)果上的學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)素養(yǎng)缺失,如有知無慧、知識(shí)并未升華出道德等。走出困境的突破口在于澄清基礎(chǔ)教育之"基礎(chǔ)"的緘默知識(shí)屬性,如內(nèi)隱性、非公共性、不可教性等;在教學(xué)中激活緘默知識(shí),使之切實(shí)升華為學(xué)生致學(xué)、為人及立業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)。具體舉措有二:深度解讀教學(xué)內(nèi)容;踐行藝術(shù)化教學(xué)方式。
[Abstract]:The superficial teaching which deviates from the "foundation" in the field of elementary education generally exists and is deeply rooted. The principle of dominant knowledge supremacy permeates all aspects in the teaching of various disciplines and is manifested as follows: vulgarity and short-sighted utilitarianism in teaching purpose; score supremacy in teaching evaluation; lack of students' basic literacy in teaching results, such as knowledge without wisdom, Knowledge is not sublimated from morality. The breakthrough of getting out of the predicament lies in clarifying the attribute of tacit knowledge of the "foundation" of basic education, such as the tacit, non-public, non-teachable, etc. In teaching, the tacit knowledge is activated and sublimated into the foundation of students' learning, being a person and starting a career. There are two specific measures: in-depth interpretation of teaching content; practice of artistic teaching methods.
