【摘要】：新課程方案強(qiáng)調(diào)通過課程選擇權(quán)的落實(shí)來保證學(xué)生個性化發(fā)展,走班制再度引起各普通高中學(xué)校的關(guān)注和熱議。國內(nèi)有關(guān)走班制實(shí)施方面的理論研究較少,人們對走班制的實(shí)施條件、類型、實(shí)施過程、注意事項(xiàng)并不是很清楚。通過梳理有關(guān)國內(nèi)走班制實(shí)踐情況的相關(guān)信息發(fā)現(xiàn):擁有充分滿足學(xué)生課程選擇權(quán)的課程體系,是學(xué)校實(shí)施走班制的前提條件;根據(jù)課程體系對課程選擇權(quán)的落實(shí)程度,可將走班制分為整體走班和局部走班;走班制擁有相對完整的實(shí)施流程,依次為根據(jù)課程體系確定教師及職責(zé)、確定分層分類課程目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容等、教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生選課、師生走班上課、考核評價;實(shí)施走班制仍需謹(jǐn)慎,注意明確學(xué)校課程體系,為走班制實(shí)施提供現(xiàn)實(shí)需要;分層課程的分班環(huán)節(jié)須堅持實(shí)事求是、自主自愿的原則。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum program emphasizes the implementation of the curriculum option to ensure the individualized development of the students, and the class walking system has once again aroused the attention and heated discussion of the ordinary high schools. There are few theoretical studies on the implementation of the shift system in China, and people are not clear about the conditions, types, process and matters needing attention of the implementation of the shift system. Through combing the relevant information about the practice of the domestic walking class system, it is found that having a curriculum system that fully meets the students' choice of curriculum is the prerequisite for the school to implement the shift system, and according to the degree of implementation of the curriculum system, The walking class system can be divided into whole walking class and partial walking class. The walking class system has a relatively complete implementation process, which in turn determines the teachers and duties according to the curriculum system, determines the layered classification curriculum objectives and contents, etc., and teachers guide students to choose classes. Teachers and students in class, assessment and assessment; the implementation of the class walking system still need to be careful, pay attention to clear school curriculum system, to provide practical needs for the implementation of the class system; stratified courses should adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts and voluntary autonomy.
