【摘要】：在現(xiàn)今素質(zhì)教育實施的過程中,由于教師的理論知識匱乏和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)不足,導致學生的主體性沒有得到充分的重視,學生的尊嚴與人格沒有真正得到尊重;而教師在教育教學中深受傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代兩種教育思想的干擾,放不開又“蹲”不下,顯得不知所措。特別是廣大一線教師能夠明了名師的教學思想和教學藝術(shù)包含的內(nèi)容,卻不能和自身特點很好的結(jié)合,只能生搬硬套。本文在分析李鎮(zhèn)西老師個案的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)李鎮(zhèn)西老師教育教學的成長經(jīng)驗,為廣大一線教師提供借鑒。本論文首先通過梳理特級教師的建立與發(fā)展,總結(jié)分析他們的共性與個性。其次,采用個案研究法對第二代語文特級教師的杰出代表李鎮(zhèn)西進行研究分析,通過研究分析得出:李鎮(zhèn)西老師的教育教學實踐歷程可分為早期實踐歷程、成長中的實踐歷程和形成一定模式的實踐歷程三個階段,李鎮(zhèn)西老師在教育教學實踐成長的過程中主要體現(xiàn)出了愛心教育思想和民主與平等的教育思想,形成了鮮明的教學藝術(shù)特色,包括教學設(shè)計藝術(shù)、教學語言藝術(shù)、課堂導入藝術(shù)、教學啟發(fā)藝術(shù)、教學反思藝術(shù)和教學智慧藝術(shù)等。最后,針對教師的茫然,從四個方面總結(jié)出語文特級教師李鎮(zhèn)西的教育教學歷程、教育思想和教學藝術(shù)對廣大一線教師的啟示,希望能夠為廣大一線教師的提升提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the process of implementing quality education today, due to the lack of teachers' theoretical knowledge and lack of professionalism, the students' subjectivity has not been fully paid attention to, and the dignity and personality of the students are not truly respected; and the teachers are deeply disturbed by the traditional and modern two educational ideas in Education and teaching. In particular, the majority of the teachers can understand the teaching thought and the content of the teaching art of the famous teachers, but they can not combine with their own characteristics well, but they can only move hard. Based on the analysis of the case of teacher Li Zhenxi, this paper sums up the growing experience of teacher Li Zhenxi's education and teaching, and provides a loan for the majority of the teachers. In this paper, first of all, by combing the establishment and development of the special teachers, this paper summarizes and analyzes their commonness and personality. Secondly, this paper studies and analyses the outstanding representative of the second generation of Chinese language teachers by case study. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the practice course of teacher Li Zhenxi's teaching and education can be divided into the early practice course, and it can be concluded. In the three stages of the long course of practice and the practical course of forming a certain pattern, teacher Li Zhenxi mainly embodied the thought of love education and the educational thought of democracy and equality during the course of the development of education and teaching, and formed the distinctive artistic features of teaching, including the art of teaching design, the art of teaching language, the introduction of art in the classroom, and the teaching of teaching. Learning to inspire art, teaching reflection art and teaching wisdom and so on. Finally, according to the loss of teachers, from four aspects summed up the teaching course of Chinese special teacher Li Zhenxi, the Enlightenment of educational thought and teaching art to the broad line teachers, hoping to provide a certain reference for the promotion of a broad line of teachers.
