中學(xué)德育過(guò)程銜接的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:德育過(guò)程銜接就是德育在不同階段的連接和發(fā)展,中學(xué)德育過(guò)程包括中學(xué)德育目標(biāo)的制定、德育內(nèi)容的安排、德育的實(shí)施方式以及德育評(píng)估的檢驗(yàn)。青少年思想品德的形成和發(fā)展是階段性和連續(xù)性的統(tǒng)一,決定了德育過(guò)程要體現(xiàn)階段性和層次性。中學(xué)德育過(guò)程銜接優(yōu)化就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)初、高中德育目標(biāo)一以貫之,德育內(nèi)容承前啟后,德育實(shí)施方式相互貫通,德育效果及時(shí)評(píng)估。目前中學(xué)各自為政、自成一體,德育過(guò)程之間出現(xiàn)脫節(jié),表現(xiàn)為德育目標(biāo)缺乏系統(tǒng)性和階段性,德育內(nèi)容缺乏有序性和連貫性,德育實(shí)施方式自成一體,缺乏學(xué)段間的溝通交流,德育評(píng)估體系滯后等問(wèn)題。中學(xué)德育工作實(shí)效性低,引起人們的關(guān)注。文章在深入分析中學(xué)德育過(guò)程銜接現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了優(yōu)化中學(xué)德育過(guò)程銜接的策略。要根據(jù)學(xué)生的思想實(shí)際和理解接受能力,整體構(gòu)建德育目標(biāo)體系,將總體目標(biāo)分解為具體的階段目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)中學(xué)德育目標(biāo)的對(duì)接;完善一體化的德育內(nèi)容體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)德育內(nèi)容要素完整、循序漸進(jìn)、逐層遞進(jìn)、相互銜接;整合德育過(guò)程實(shí)施方式,加強(qiáng)初、高中階段的溝通交流;建立評(píng)估體系,保證中學(xué)德育全程銜接。
[Abstract]:The connection of moral education process is the connection and development of moral education in different stages. The process of middle school moral education includes the formulation of moral education goal, the arrangement of moral education content, the implementation mode of moral education and the test of moral education evaluation. The formation and development of teenagers' ideological and moral character is the unity of stage and continuity, which determines that the process of moral education should embody stage and level. The optimization of the middle school moral education process is to achieve the initial goal of high school moral education, moral education content connecting the past and the future, moral education implementation mode of mutual penetration, moral education effect evaluation in time. At present, the middle schools manage their own affairs and form an integral whole. The disconnection between the moral education process is manifested in the lack of systematic and phased moral education goals, the lack of order and coherence in the moral education content, and the self-integration of the moral education implementation mode. Lack of communication between learning paragraphs, moral evaluation system lags behind, and so on. The actual effect of moral education in middle school is low, and people pay attention to it. On the basis of deeply analyzing the current situation of middle school moral education process cohesion, the paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing middle school moral education process cohesion. According to the students' ideological reality and the ability to understand and accept, the goal system of moral education should be constructed as a whole, the overall goal should be decomposed into concrete stage goals, and the goal of moral education in middle school should be realized, and the integrated content system of moral education should be perfected. To achieve the integrity of the elements of moral education, step by step, mutual convergence; integration of the implementation of the process of moral education, to strengthen the initial and high school stage of communication and communication; establish an evaluation system to ensure that the middle school moral education link.
